Conveniently located just 17 minutes from Cedar Rapids Airport and less than 20 minutes from the University of Iowa Hospital, Kinnick Stadium, and Carver-Hawkeye Arena, this home is ideally situated.

The remodeled space includes two bedrooms and a half bathroom located upstairs, with each room furnished with a queen bed. The cozy full bathroom is situated on the main floor. All windows are equipped with blackout blinds. The charming living room features a smart TV, high-speed Verizon 5G Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.
