Girls trip getaway
Great condo with plenty of room for our whole group. The location was amazing with a restaurant next door and a place across the road to get corn dogs, ice cream and other great snacks. We didn’t have to get in our cars for anything! Dining room seated everyone and with 6 beds there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

We came down for a golf/beach getaway. The condominium was everything it was said to be, clean, roomy, and in the perfect location for us. We had a great time and plan on staying here again next year if possible. Rose was my main POC and it was a pleasure talking and working with her. Overall it was very pleasurable experience.

There were 8 adults and 1 toddler staying at this condo and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable. There were bars and restaurants, and stores, within walking distance as well. The beach is steps away as well as a hotub and pools. This was was one of the nicest places we have stayed thus far. I recommend!

Wonderful Christmas getaway
This rental was the perfect setup for elderly family members. The elevators moved quickly and everything is on 1 floor. The kitchen was fully stocked and the unit was very clean. The only drawback was the toilets. They are VERY low. They seemed to be made for children. However, this will not stop us from returning. We will bring raised toilet seats for older family member next time.

We were lucky to find this rental relatively late in the season. It is literally steps from the beach, and it was a VERY comfortable fit for 6 (two teens and four adults). Given both the size and location, the price was really reasonable. We loved that it overlooked the beach but weren't crazy that it was right near the pool and a street because both caused some undesirable noise, but we could live with it; it was just annoying. Although this is NOT the owner's fault, the fact is that the cleaning company is not thorough in between renters, which is especially disturbing in a pandemic. Kitchen cabinets were sticky, dirty utensils were in the drawers, food was stuck to tables, bathrooms still had evidence of recent use. The rental company knows this is an ongoing issue, and I'm sure if we had called they would have sent people back out, but again, with a pandemic, we really wanted to limit the people we came into contact with. We would probably stay here again but would bring even more of our own cleaning supplies next time!

Great place, close to everything!
We love this unit and have stayed a couple of years now. We absolutely love being on the first floor, easy access to the stairs, the beach, and the pool. The unit is spacious and has everything we need. The new floors are really nice, love not having carpet. One suggestion we have, the dark curtains in one of the bedrooms are lovely and keep the room nice and dark, would love to have those same curtains in the rest of the rooms, especially the master. Five am was a little bright each morning! Great stay, can’t wait to go back next year!

Great location and views from the balcony, and could be a good rental, but it was very dirty, and after a very long drive, we had to clean it before we could even unpack. We had to have some things fixed the next day. We don't think it had been cleaned at all. After all of that we enjoyed our stay.

It was alright.
The condo was on the first floor which was actually really good. The parking is a bit of a problem sometimes we have to park across the street and you HAVE to have the parking pass. The passes for pool, keys, etc, are expensive if lost but we didn’t see anyone else wear them throughout the vacation. The view was nice, the pool and hot tub were great too. The condo was a bit small and so were the rooms. The property was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived. On the first night we were there someone is another condo nearby was smoking marijuana (you know the smell) and it stinked up our condo as well through who knows what.

The property was good. But, the cleanliness was not so great there was food in bedrooms and the floor was not sweep. I understand it is a busy place but you have to have the place clean. I sweep the unit and whipped everything down. In the pool area need more to be more strict on the people also we had kids and the hot tub was taken over by drunks that was chugging beer and couldn’t stand up. A little better control on that. We drink but not out of control.

This property was in a great location and had all the comforts of home. The pool was perfect for kids and clean. Nice to have the outside closet to store beach chairs and supplies. The only negative was that the carpeted areas were dirty, dish washer didn’t work well and the kitchen could have a few more dishes.
