We came from the boat and weren’t able to get the bus to Halifax until the next day so the staff allowed us to check in early so we could get some much needed R and R! Friendly staff the whole time and very helpful!! Will stay here again when we come back through for sure 🙂

Our trip had a lot of logistical hurdles to overcome and Hotel North and its staff were incredibly helpful and took away so much stress. They took delivery of our bicycles in advance of our arrival and held them in a secure area and they helped adjust our accommodations when our flight was canceled at the last minute. They even took care of disposing of our huge bike boxes when we were done with them. We are so grateful for their hospitality and can’t recommend them enough!

One time stay
This was our first stay, and it will probably be our last. Everything was fine until we got the check at the restaurant. We weren't told how to pay. We waited to see if a debt machine was needed but no one said anything. We waited at the reception desk to pay there and no one showed up. My boyfriend saw on the receipt that it said room charge. It wasn't until we got back to the room when we found out the receipt needed our information. Not even a second later, we got a call from the restaurant. She assumed we were trying to leave without paying. My boyfriend ran back down to pay and the lady at the restaurant treated him as if he was a criminal.
