Like other reviews said, it is difficult to check in. I had to call hotels dot com to get the property manager's number, then call that number, leave a message, then wait for a return call. It took half an hour and we were tired, hungry, and needed to use the restroom after our drive, so be prepared for that. The place was very clean, but many items were broken or not functioning: broken tiles on the floor, loose towel rack falls off wall, flat screen tv wouldn't work, no wifi provided, smoke detector disconnected. Worst of all, after checking out, I was blamed for some broken items and the property manager plans on charging me for them!! When I find out if he actually will try to charge me or not (he is not returning my calls), I will UPDATE this review--hopefully for the better!
