The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the station and not too far from the city centre. Only criticism I have was the shower wasn’t that powerful and the pillow on my bed was very thin. But overall would stay there again

We were very happy with our stay at the Marlborough. It was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly. The location was good too - very handy for the station. We didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Lovely staff and very clean, I was on the ground floor and noise was no issue. Good bath/shower. My only complaint would be the softness of the mattress/pillows being too hard but still got enough rest!

My stay review.
Was a good stay. Was cheap pricing, which was excellent. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable, didn’t like that it had a shared bathroom and there were no cooked breakfast options, just quick ones, that’s a shame on those points. The kettle in the room didn’t look like it had been fully cleaned on the inside, and a quick wipe and sprinkle, but otherwise it was okay. Overall, it was still a decent place to stay.

GREAT HOTEL WITH CHARACTER AND CLASS
We were very pleasantly surprised by just how nice this hotel turned out to be. The hotel is upgraded, very clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and we would happily stay here again.
