Very nice Guest House
The reception manager was very helpful on my arrival evening to the point of coming out to say I could park in their car park. My room had a lounge area which was very nice and spacious. The other negative I had was that the pillows were lumpy, but that was a personal thing as made for a disrupted sleep. Otherwise no complaints what so ever and I would stay there again,

Bedroom was nice and clean and useable, separate bathroom ok but stairs inbetween inconvenient. Only continental breakfast available so well hidden in the information or invisible until you get there! Parking was not as described as very limited, parked on street as ok on the weekend but not available during the week.

Good location and nice staffs
It's a great location for visiting Norwich at the first time, just walk around 19 minutes to the Norwich Cathedral, which is in the centre of Norwich. The size of room is bigger than I expected. Staffs are nice and helpful. There is no hesitate to recommend anyone staying here especially the first visit.

We had a really friendly welcome on check in - I was really hot and bothered from the drive so I was given some cold water straight away to help me cool down. We were given a really lovely room which made such a difference. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom lovely. It was so convenient for the city centre and we were able to walk there in minutes. The staff were so nice, it really made the difference.
