Stunning home at the end of a private path to Playa Guiones in the exclusive Guiones Beach Club. Only 200 meters from the beach and the famous Guiones tide pools, you can be on the beach in minutes to head out to surf or swim or walk through the sand.
The house has 5 beautifully appointed suites, three with king beds and two with twin beds, all with private bathrooms. In addition, there is a 6th guest room with bunk beds, the lower being queen-sized. Each bedroom has an independently controlled A/C unit.
The main living area is air conditioned, but many guests prefer to open the large sliding glass doors to the pool and gardens to enjoy Costa Rica’s lovely natural environment. The main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare the fresh seafood and produce that you will find in the local markets. The outdoor dining area features a guanacaste wood table that can seat ten, and there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, prep sink and drink fridge.
Beso del Sol offers a beautiful pool with a shallow end for little ones and a deep end for swimming. The grounds have been professionally landscaped and include an orchard that provides a variety of fruit for you to enjoy in season, and that makes the house unusually private. There is a teak deck in the orchard for your relaxing outdoor morning yoga session. At the rear of the house there is covered parking for two vehicles, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a trip to the beach, and a secure storage room for surfboards, boogie boards and other beach gear.
This lovely home is located in Guiones Beach Club, a private gated residential community with a security staff on duty 24-hours a day and security cameras throughout. It is located within easy walking distance of many fine restaurants and shops in Guiones, but is comfortably away from the bustle of the main commercial zone. Beso del Sol itself has many security features: a monitored alarm system, safety glass, steel roll-down doors, and pin lock security doors.
With lots of space for relaxing and the peaceful sound of the waves in the background, you will never forget your stay at Beso del Sol.

For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.
Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card. Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. This Property has a water reserve tank for Guests during water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
