Everything about this hotel is excellent; the staff are friendly and efficient, all areas clean and comfortable. We travelled with a wheelchair user, and although the room was perfect for our needs with for instance a full wet room rather than a bath, getting to it was, as is usually the case in hotels, a bit of a trial through heavy fire doors, especially maneuvering suitcases at the same time. The staff are extremely helpful though, and a wheelchair lift is provided to help negotiate the short flight of 3-4 stairs leading from the lobby to the rooms, which made everything as wheelchair friendly as humanly possible. We would recommend this hotel to any wheelchair user, but please either take or ask for help getting to your room!

Fire alarm going off at 3.15am one morning and 6.40am the next morning was unfortunate. Shame it couldn’t have been rectified after the first occasion. Otherwise a good stay. Breakfast very nice.

Exceptional stay
Our stay was very good, staff were very helpful and respectful and friendly throughout our stay . The room was very clean ,bathroom spotless. We had a room with a sofa making it very comfortable to relax in. Only one comment was that the mattress was a little uncomfortable, but bedding very clean. Breakfast was very good meeting all dietary needs. All in all a very nice stay.
