O hotel é sensacional, com diversas áreas de lazer e a vista é linda de qualquer ponto que olhar. O conforto do hotel e o serviço da equipe também são destaques. Recomendo muito para quem quer relaxar. Com certeza é uma das melhores opções na serra gaúcha. No entanto, achei as piscinas meio pequenas. No meu caso não foi um problema, mas se o hotel estivesse mais cheio acredito que ficaria desconfortável. Sugestões: poderiam aumentar as opções de pratos no jantar e aumentar ao menos a piscina aquecida.

Lugar agradavel, tranquilo e com bastante conforto. Somente o registro de que os banheiros não contam com calefação e a temperatura do chuveiro é ruim. A mesa de pebolim está estragada e não foi retirada. O café é bom maspoderia ter bem mais salgados do que doces. O lugar tem uma bergamoteira com muitas frutas boas caídas. O hotel poderia colhe-las e disponibilizá-las para os hóspedes.

Lugar lindíssimo e muito acolhedor. Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já presenciei. Atendimento e simpatia impecáveis. Sossego próximo ao centro da cidade. Único ponto desfavorável é a piscina térmica ficar fora do prédio principal, precisando sair ao descoberto. Mas não chegou a ser um problema.
