Pousada muito agradável.
O local é muito tranquilo e silencioso,ouve-se os carros de longe.a equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa durante nossa estada.,ouvia-se o canto dos pássaros e o grasnar dos patos.no domingo de Páscoa apareceu até o coelhinho por lá.Perfeito para descansar.

Poucos funcionários, ninguém te atende, dizem que o dono não esta, chuveiros não funcionavam, café da manhã com produtos industrializados, nada natural, não era o que se esperava. Cobraram cama extra de criança muito cara e nem era cama, apenas dois colçhões duros, muito fraca a pousada, não recomendaria para outros, por 300 a diária tem muito m,elhores

Metade péssimo, metade ótimo.
Nossa estadia começou fracassada, pois ficamos num quarto sem condições, numa noite gélida:sem aquecimento, sem wifi, sem água quente. Mas no dia seguinte, nos transferiram para outra acomodação, esta sim, com conforto anunciado.

Falaram que eu poderia fazer check-in antecipadamente, mas quando cheguei o quarto não estava pronto. Café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Na cabana tinha forro de Pvc que estava derretendo com o calor da lareira. Limpeza boa.

Uma agradável experiência.
Reservamos um quarto de casal, mas ao chegar à Pousada decidimos mudar para uma cabana, pois oferecia muito mais conforto por uma diferença pequena no preço. O local é muito agradável e tranquilo, tem uma trilha no meio da mata que chega numa cachoeira muito bonita, possui um bom café da manhã e o pessoal é muito atencioso.

Lugar agradável porem as instalações são velhas.
Recebemos um quarto como upgrade do que havia reservado porém não vi muita vantagem. Instalações velhas e quarto muito longe dos atrativos da pousada. Precisam investir um pouco mais em revitalização do lugar. Pessoal simpático.

Pousada da Chacara em Nova Petrópolis
Ótimo custo-benefício. Atendimento da equipe do hotel digna de primeiro mundo. Instalações integradas com a natureza, frutas de árvores do próprio local servidas no café da manhã. Piscina funcionando e aberta ao público no verão. Quarto simples, com ar condicionado, geladeira grande e fogão (excelente adicional para estadias mais longas). Decoração muito bonita. DVDs disponibilizados gratuitamente na recepção para adormecer com a televisão ligada. O único senão ficou por conta de algumas pequenas aranhas na banheira do quarto. Voltaríamos com certeza.
