Great location in the heart of Nuremberg’s old town. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. And the staff we encountered were both attentive and competent. This was our fourth time in Nuremberg but our first at this hotel. We will be back.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, so no complaints with the hotel overall. Very close to town, literally feet.
The only complaint I would have was lack of towels in the room was surprising, and the bed lacked a cover. The room was a bit small.
Certainly worth staying there again
Check-in and out went very smoothly. Room, pool, and sauna were excellent. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff during breakfast were lovely and helpful. You can walk to almost anything you wish and it’s very conveniently located for visiting the Christkindelsmarkt. We would definitely stay here again!
Centrally located in the Altstadt, this modern hotel offers comfortable rooms and a prime location. We had a studio apartment room that was small but efficiently designed. The bathroom was very big with heated floor and had a large shower. We didn’t have an interesting view from our room but it was very quiet despite being right next to the very busy Chriskindlemarkt. We actually didn’t hear much either from outside or the corridor, the church bells could be heard but we didn’t hear anything else so the soundproofing is at least partially effective. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable however and there’s no pillow menu. The service is rather minimal: polite but not particularly obliging or helpful. They will help if you request something but won’t make any efforts otherwise. There’s no turndown service. Breakfast was decent although they opted for a service to the table with all available options which is very wasteful. Their homemade praline spread and pastries are a nice touch but the coffee was not good however. There’s a pool and sauna available but we didn’t try them. Overall 3,5/5
staff was excellent. would have liked to have ice and drinks accessible in hall. List prices for breakfast .. not as quoted. Lunch and dinner menu never seemed to change and not enough variety. But I enjoyed my stay and would stay again and would recommend it. I would give it a 5 star rating.
Chose the hotel due to it's proximity to the city center and the option of parking in the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms were warm and cozy. The allowed me to leave the car in parking after my check-out and we enjoyed the xmas markets until we had to leave for the airport.
Really enjoyed my stay during the holiday markets in 2024. The location is great, just a block off the square and relatively low levels of sound from outside at night. The bathrooms had heated floors, and a great shower (both pressure and heat). Additionally, the rooms were all hypo allergenic (no down). The worst is that the beds are firm (I prefer soft) but not so hard that it was impossible to sleep. Due to the holidays markets, the center of town has few roads open for cabs (which are also relatively infrequent) and the public subway does not go there so make sure you are comfortable with walking 10 minutes to get places. I am a fast walker and made it to the hotel from the main train station in under 15 minutes rolling my luggage.
Convenient to Christmas Market
Not as quiet as needed.

Room was quite small and minimalistic. Limited towels no water or lotion. Location was great for Christmas market. Parking was easy. Staff was very nice.
