Totally amazing hotel. Staff all lovely and friendly. Pool is exceptional. Breakfast buffet exquisite. Drinks priced a little higher than other places but there is a little local warung selling cheap Bintang just north of the property 1 min walk away.

Service was very slow and terrible. Staffs are not competent. It seems that they are lack of staffs. Check in and check out very2 slow, we have to wait for half an hour until somebody asssted you. Check out time is very unflexible and the staff rudely told us to check out of the room eventhough we're still having breakfast. And we were told that we couldn't extebd eventhough we want to pay, and when we checked on their website they still have some rooms availabilities This sofitel is really dissapointing and doesnt reflect the image of sofitel woldwide. I think thye are ruining the image of sofitel

The interior is dated. The bathtub has old stains. Water stains also on around the basin. Didn’t meet my expectations for a 5 star hotel who served the G20 conference.
