The service and the quality was exceptional. I could not fault anything. The surrounds, the pool, the choice of food, the attention to detail was 10/10. Only very, very minor observaion is that the kids club could do with a deeper clean. Otherwise, the stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua was superb.

Overall very happy and can’t wait to come again
I would have given a top rating however the door was faulty and the air con kept turning off. They did fix it immediately once reported. also the bath needed to be cleaned before being used. And then was not able to drain.

Stayed for 7 nights in prestige suite with our two kids. The suite was excellent, so much room for the kids, and that was with two rollaways. Service excellent everywhere, the staff were very friendly and helpful - especially when my son fell sick. Breakfast was very average. We had club access which was average ( although alcoholic drink selection excellent). Kids couldn’t access lounge in evening but were served food in kids club ( mainly sweets). Kids club was ok, lots of space but a bit run down - esp. hole in trampoline! Our suite was facing the beach. Beautiful view, but soooo noisy on three nights with weddings outside until 10pm. We wouldn’t stay again due to food being average and too noisy. Also lots of missing tiles in kids swimming pool resulting in cuts

Loved our stay at the Sofitel Nusa Dua, the team were welcoming and very friendly. Our room was ice cool and taken care of twice per day by the hotel team. We booked B&B, the breakfast was buffet stule with lots to choose from again coupled with very attentive service. We always managed to find places to rest at the couple of pools or the beach. The shuttle bus which is provided free is a great way to visit the Bali Collection, which has plenty of restaurants and shops to buy clothing and souvenirs. Great time and beautiful weather!

A fantastic family friendly hotel, quiet and clean, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Food is great, you can dine at the private beach too. The pool is massive and has a lot of sofa benches for you to relax. The hotel even has a departure lounge so that you can rest and wait for your flight after checking out.

Totally amazing hotel. Staff all lovely and friendly. Pool is exceptional. Breakfast buffet exquisite. Drinks priced a little higher than other places but there is a little local warung selling cheap Bintang just north of the property 1 min walk away.

We had an excellent stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua. The staff were friendly. The services were excellent and speedy when any request was made. Food was excellent. Generally very clean facility. Would definitely come back again.
