It was completely a bad experience to book a vacation at Baraka Camp - Nuweiba
Firstly i faced a serious problem regarding booking through Expedia who managed my reservation in a wrong way and transferred wrong dates to Baraka camp, then after Expedia Chat support my reservation is confirmed after i received disconcerting news about my reservation that there is no booking and Baraka camp is fully booked as they reverted to Expedia
Secondly when i arrived after 8 hrs driving from my home, Baraka camp manager/coordinator Mr. Alaa who received us was not welcoming our stay in the camp and informed us that there ‘s a national restriction that no egyptian people to stay at Baraka camp at those dates specifically as the whole guest are from Israel because of Their Easter holidays, a lot of families and couples from Israel an no chance to stay with them at the same place as we are Egyptians
Finally we concluded that this guy was trying to duplicate booking and earn more dollars from foreign guests and trying to ignore any regulation or booking through your website
It was like a con, fraud and robbery from this camp
Once we arrived he tried to inform us there is no place, then he managed to prepare a low standard bungalow with twin beds, food was a disaster. We have been informed to tell them 1 hr earlier so they can prepare our meal, but we had our 1st meal after 3 hrs from ordering it. There was a discrimination, uncleanliness in rooms, public baths
Total bad experience
