Great location, I will stay here again.
Check-in was wonderful, the front desk clerk was very friendly and I received a gift. My room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was superb. Parking was free and the proximity to my room was a short distance which was great. I would stay here again. This was a business trip.

All staff members were extremely nice except for the gentleman preparing the omelettes; he did not respond to greetings or made eye contact, and looked disconnected and seem to mutter under his breath; maybe he’s on the spectrum, and if so, I apologize for being critical. However, for the sake of optics maybe a different person is needed in that position.

Noisy. Too noisy. Used to be an indoor pool there. Still resonates like one. Every kid in the open atrium above a whisper echoes through the rooms like a railroad intercom. Every drunk at the bar regaling his buddies with lies pounds the perfect nighttime silence. Every bride/bridesmaid shrieking with false glee pierces the nocturnal peace. If you want to sleep, look elsewhere. Breakfast was overpriced but adequate.

Everything was great as it normally is however the door to room 179 needs to be repaired as it is very loud and difficult to open/close. Also the mattresses was super super soft on one side and moderately firm on the other, I feel like they could use new mattresses but other than that the place is fantastic and you definitely get what you pay for. I do recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area

I reserved a standard room. You guys completely over book and moved me into a handicap room because that was all you had available, even though I reserved my room several months ago you didn't hold my reservation. I used the shower and it was horrible, the shower head wasn't working and Couldn't really do anything. Also you had a wedding there this past weekend where you allowed the people in the common area to be screaming and shouting till three in the morning. Even after complaints where made they still where shouting till three in the morning. Over all the stay was bad and I doubt I will be using that place again unless I have no choice.
