Good stay if you want to be close to Ojai but can't find anything in Ojai for a good price. Place is nice enough; average motel feel. Bed was ok but overall place was clean and convenient. Shower was also decent. Heat got so hot had to turn it off! It got cold at night though so had to have the heat on. Overall would stay again for easy access to Ojai but not a place that I would rave about. Ample parking; not much to walk around nearby. Definitely need a car to get around!

This is our go-to place to stay when we visit Ojai. We avoid the crowds that have taken over the small town and enjoy a quiet, clean room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

In their picture of the property on hotel.com. It showed a hot tub overlooking a beach. It was deceptive. It was 10 miles inland. What they had done is they have a beach scene by the hot tub on the wall they had photo shopped to make it look like the ocean was right there

Very clean. No grab bars in shower area at all. Great a/c in a bad heat wave. Staff very nice and accommodating. Ice not conveniently located and only available until 10pm but I really didn't need any. HWY 33 is pretty noisy starting early morning through evening so a room on the side might be more important for some folks. Minimal Continental breakfast only available on weekends. Hot and cold drinking water, tea, coffee available in office all day.

It’s an older property but well-maintained The things we liked about it is that it had larger room, then most newer motels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hopefully in the future, they’ll install some EV chargers

This a nice little inn. The price was reasonable. The office closes at 10 pm, but the receptionist was great when I called and agreed to stay an extra 15 minutes to meet me there to check in after 10 pm. The fridge in my room had been accidentally unplugged, so I couldn't use that when I checked in and the fact that is was a little smelly inside was a bit disappointing. This seemed to be an accident, which is understandable, but perhaps they should check the rooms before people check in to be sure that everything is working/clean.
