I wish I could give this place zero stars. Staying at this hotel was easily the worst experience of my life. Where do I even begin? From the moment I stepped foot in this nightmare, everything that could go wrong did.
The front desk staff were not only rude but also incompetent. It took nearly an hour just to check in because they couldn’t find my reservation, even though I had the confirmation email right in front of them. They finally gave me a room, but it was all downhill from there.
The room itself was beyond disgusting. The carpet was stained with what I can only hope was just old food, but judging by the smell, it could have been anything. The sheets on the bed were clearly unwashed, with visible stains and hair from previous guests. The pillows felt like bags of rocks, and the mattress was so lumpy it might as well have been stuffed with garbage.
The bathroom was a whole new level of filth. Mold covered the ceiling and the shower curtain, which was barely hanging on by a few rusty hooks. The water pressure was nonexistent, and when water did come out, it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. There were no toiletries provided, and when I asked for some at the front desk, they told me they were "out of stock." How does a hotel run out of basic toiletries?
