Chalet avec Piscine Obernai

🥨 30km from Strasbourg, Obernai is the second most visited town in Bas-Rhin🍇.
At the heart of the wine route 🍷, in the summer period, the town of Obernai organizes many tourist activities and in winter you should not miss the Christmas markets 🎄.

🏡 This 100 m² chalet is located in the heart of nature and the Alsatian forest, you will be less than 10 minutes from the city center, shops 🛍️ and the tourist office.

It has 🍽️ an American kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, classic Nepresso coffee maker, toaster) with a large table to share your meals.
🛋️ The living room with television is bright and opens onto the terrace.
🌞 You will have the possibility to eat your meals inside, but also on the terrace on sunny days.
🛏️ On the night side, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. The living room is equipped with two single beds and a double sofa bed.
🚿 In the bathroom there is a shower, a bathtub and a washer-dryer.
🚽The toilet is separated from the bathroom.

👙 An above-ground swimming pool is accessible and heated from March 1 to October 31. The swimming pool with a depth of 1m50 measures 8m by 4m.

🅿️ You can take advantage of a parking space on the property.

🏡 The entire Chalet will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,

🍼 A travel cot for babies is available on prior request (approved for a child under 3 years old and weighing 15kg)


House Rule:
🚭 This chalet as well as the exterior (forest in the immediate vicinity) are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

⛔ Pets are not allowed.

🧹 Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
