Landhaus am Schindelberglift - Panorama Suite

The luxurious apartment has been completely modernized and offers 170 square meters of comfort on one level. You have the entire floor at your disposal, which leads south into the very spacious living / dining area (55sqm). Several families can be together here and feel like in the middle of nature thanks to the panoramic windows to the east and south. From this room you can reach the large south-facing terrace with a wonderful view of the valley and Oberstaufen. In winter, you can take the feeder lift here.
Five separate bedrooms, infrared sauna for 4 people, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilet rooms, 55 inch Smart TV, Canton sound box, a children's corner, large south-facing terrace for single use, own driveway, separate entrance, separate parking space, own barbecue area and much more. leave nothing to be desired. The suite is separate and separate, but not for the purpose of stag parties and similar group celebrations with loud music celebrating late into the night - this is possible in our house, but you have to rent the entire house (simply Requests). Of course, the large room is ideal for being together and feeling good, but in such a way that you also consider other guests in the house who may be vacationing with small children.

Our country house at the Schindelberg lift is located at an altitude of approx. 930 m in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Bavaria and can accommodate up to 26 people. With the in-house ski feeder lift you can reach the entire ski area from the house and a route takes you back to the house. The OberstaufenPlusCard is included for our guests and offers you numerous advantages - mountain railways, leisure pool, museums, guided hikes and much more. Several hiking trails start directly at the house (climbing park approx. 30 min hiking trail from the house - see pictures). The modern, spacious apartments (60sqm to 160sqm) with underfloor heating, terrace or balcony offer maximum comfort combined with a wonderful panoramic view of Oberstaufen and the Nagelfluh chain. Our house is the ideal place for all nature lovers to spend a great vacation in beautiful nature or to offer a seminar - summer and winter.

You are welcome to rent several apartments together or the entire country house - perfect for all kinds of celebrations or if you are looking for a great location for seminars / meetings (see the other ads).

Großzügige Wohnung, viel Platz, schöne Terrasse. Einziges Manko - kein Gefrierfach. Christian hat uns aber gesagt, dass bereits eins angeschafft wurde. Beim nächsten Mal können also auch Eiswürfel und Akkus untergebracht werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben ein tolles Wochenende mit der Familie in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Ein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag von unserer Seite wäre noch ein Gefrierfach. Dann hätten wir bei diesen sommerlichen Temperaturen auch ein Eis genießen können. Ansonsten war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt mit einzigartiger Aussicht und viel Platz für unsere Kinder zum toben.
