I was really disappointed, not what I expected from Hilton. Room was nice , view was beautiful, restaurant was a terrible disappointment. 1-plates cracked 2-when I picked up my plate it was still dirty with food stuck under (nasty). 4-outside showers, only 1 of 4 worked,5- no beach towels available.Very dissatisfied. Spoke to restaurant manager his response about dishes ‘oh they missed only one plate’ I said no 2 or more , ‘so 2 out of all, ok) Have you ever had breakfast w/o bread? No bread anywhere, no toast .all the $$$ expected better service .

Hilton Hotels & Resorts I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your General Manager, Peter, during my family’s recent stay at your Ocean City, Maryland location from August 4th through August 7th, 2024. My family and I had booked a room with two queen beds, spending over $1,500 for what we expected to be a comfortable and seamless experience. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the room we reserved was not available and were instead offered a room with one king bed and a pull-out couch—an unacceptable substitute for what we had paid for. When we sought assistance, we were met by Peter, who was on his way out of the hotel with his belongings. Rather than addressing our concerns, Peter approached us in a visibly irritated manner. His dismissive and rude response to our situation—“It’s two beds, isn’t it?”—made it clear that we were an inconvenience to him, as he seemed more focused on leaving than on providing any assistance. Given the disappointing experience, I am requesting either a full refund for our stay or a credit toward a future stay at another Hilton property. We have always held Hilton in high regard and would like to give the brand another chance to meet the high expectations we have come to expect from your hotels. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and respond promptly. We look forward to your immediate response

Great beachfront property! You never have to leave -- coffee bar, indoor pool, restaurant -- this place has it all. Large rooms, convenient and close parking, very close to boardwalk. Will stay here again.

Restaurant is understaffed and service is super slow. There are often no one at the bar during happy hour, waiters would try to do everything in their power to help, but the fact that the place doesn’t function the way it should be is the fact.

The employees were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and when needed attention, such as towels or toilet paper, they were prompt to accommodate us. The view was awesome! Parking was easy and readily available. I would definitely stay here again!

What I Liked: • The property was very clean and conveniently located, close to everything we needed. • The overall hotel is beautiful, with nice, clean surroundings. • The food was decent. What I Didn’t Like: • We arrived late on Friday and requested a playpen but were informed they had a limited number. Despite asking again the next morning, we still didn’t receive one, and no one followed up on Saturday. • Our room wasn’t cleaned on Saturday. • I had to pay $90 for two chairs and an umbrella at the beach, which seems unreasonable considering we were staying at the hotel. I believe the hotel should provide some seating for guests at the beach. • On Sunday morning, I called to request a late check-out, which is usually not a problem, but this time they couldn’t accommodate it. This was disappointing.

The property is clean and well maintained. The oceanfront balcony was a great spot to sit and enjoy morning coffee. The lobby bar was nice for before or after dinner drinks. Beach access was from the ground floor was convenient. There are only 2 elevators for the building, which is rather large. Wait times for the elevator were sometimes long and often crowded.

The overall stay was fine. The hotel allows pets and I normally like that but I was woken by a dog barking very early in the morning. The room itself was nice but the mattress seemed very old and uncomfortable. When I reviewed this hotel on expedia it seemed like it was much closer to the boardwalk attractions then it actually was.

Location was great 2 block and you can catch a ride on the train down the boardwalk. Loved that I could have my coffee on the balcony and watch the early morning surfers. Only downfall for me was not having a pool outside. Overall perfect

Hotel was amazing! Do NOT book with Hotels.com though. Call the hotel directly. Our rate was higher from booking with hotels.com than the room actually was. Nearly $200 extra dollars for a two night stay. Never again.
