A great stay, my only complaints are that I had no stirrers in my room . But I just walked down stairs. It to big of a deal and my second is that my room was 60 a night and then when I got there they charged me 50 a night for incidentals. So it held up 200 dollars and I didn’t get a warning. Most places charge a flat fee and then return but he said if I was there 7 days he would have charged me 350 for. Incidentals, that just crazy to me. We are there for vacation and you have my credit card so n file. The bell hop was super nice. No free breakfast but 15$ for small breakfast and it was only ok. Room was very clean.

Perfect spot for an Ocean Getaway
We had an amazing experience first time staying here. Hotel is so clean, all of the staff so friendly and ready to help, rooms had so much space, and it was perfect to sit and listen to the ocean waves. Great location for getting to places to eat and things to do. Look forward to staying here again.

The view feels like you're on a cruise boat.

I stay in this hotel several times a year during offseason. It does not have the charm of the old Dunes Mannor Hotel but it is clean and new. The restaurant menu is rather poor and drab and they do not have simple items like chicken wings or any vegetarian options, except for the veggie flatbread which was OK. I haven’t tried their a la carte breakfast. They has some plumbing issues in the bar area and the stanch was bad.

Perfect off season beach weekend!
Wonderful stay! Hotel catered to everything we needed! It smelled so good too! The rooms are very Margaritaville Resort , aqua blues vibes ! A lovely change from the normal ocean city aged hotels! Front desk staff and Vince the “bell guy” all super friendly , above and beyond!

Amazing views!
Pros: recently renovated, Lobby & Room, which gives a very beautiful atheistic compared to when the location was under the Dunes. The view and the balcony is always my favorite. Great privacy on the balcony. Room was very clean and the 1 day I had housekeeping in (my choice) they did a great job. I enjoyed the covered parking on the side of the hotel versus parking out front in the parking lot. Only a couple steps away from the beach! Cons: I never had an issue with the bedding when I stayed with the Dunes but this time I did not enjoy the hard bed and flat pillows. I am a side sleeper and I could feel the springs digging into my hips. The pillows looked fluffy until I laid my head on them and then they became very flat and by the middle of the night I was very uncomfortable. I love dogs, but at the time of my stay I was surrounded with dogs (each side and above) so there was a decent bit of barking going on and seemed the dog above had a bone he kept dropping on the vinyl floor during the night. There was even a night when I believe a woman who works there delivered something to the room next to me and screamed and kept yelling “oh my god!”, I seriously thought something was wrong until I realized she has a dog phobia and the dog next door scared her. They had their “furry friend inside” tag on the door handle so I’m not sure why that was such a surprise.
