The hotel was great, good condition. No issues the staff was great and we had a great view. The only negative is the safe in our room wasn’t working, but wasn’t even worth mentioning to front desk. Overall great few days.

We stayed in OC many times. This hotel is way nicer than most of the other options. I would definitely recommed it and stay here again. The hotel had places to eat but there werent many shops or resturants nearby to walk to. Although, It is nicer to stay in this area than by the bussier part of the boardwalk. Staff was great. Our tv was broke and they came to replace it immediately. I will say the balcony was different. You can see everyone out on their balcony. Kind of awkward when you wanted to sit outside and neighbor was out on their balcony also. But, we were not in the room often for it to be an issuse. My family love it and said it looked like the best hotel there!

Thank you for asking! Okay, the building has so much potential, its unreal that it has not been invested in more than it is. There is mold forming in our room. The dated facilities and carpets are a turn-off. The location is perfect! The restaurant in the 6th floor was delicious although the food tool a while. They definitely need to hire more help. More peopl would come stay there and it could be a main attraction if they would just invest in a lot of updates. We would stay there again pnce they have made some much needed improvements. Thank you!

The hotel has an excellent location! Room has a lot of space, very clean, staff was super friendly and willing to help always. The private garage parking was also one of the best things. The only suggestion for the hotel will be to update their bathrooms.

Comfortable Get Away

Hotel centrally located right on Boardwalk . Pool , arcade and multiple restaurants within the hotel. Free parking. Older facility. No housekeeping in four days . Noisier than newer hotels. Could hear people on either side and in the hall.

The place to be

My family and I have stayed in fancy coastal hotels from California to Sydney Australia. Tokyo to France. Ocean city was a happy detour on our way from DC to New York City. The grand hotel was not only amazing with location and view, the amenities were what you’d expect from a high end resort without charging you extra for them. The beach is amazing as well. My family was planning on going back to the UK next summer as it is one of our favorite places in the world, but are already planning on going back to ocean city and staying at the grand hotel instead. You guys are world class and are an undiscovered gem! Thank you!

Grand Hotel Ocean City Sleepless nights. .

the lobby and front desk are wonderful, the room was bright clean and spacious. The location was great. But . . alas. . I can not stay here again. We have stayed here twice. Until this hotel upgrades it's mattresses there is no way I could tolerate another sleepless night. . People go away to relax unwind and spend time with family. If one cannot get a good night sleep it is hopeless. I was wondering if that was why people seemed miserable. . Heed my warning. . we took two comforters asked for two blankets and placed them underneath us and that didn't work. I will be checking out the Holiday Inn or somewhere else next year. I am sadden because it is a nice hotel.
