Didn't use the A/C, heating was set way up when we arrived. The staff was very friendly. Didn't eat breakfast here. Couple of problems, drain in bathroom wouldn't close, my wife couldn't take a bath. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The staff said There was an exhaust fan, but it was fake?? The sink faucet was very hard to turn on and off. There were no plates, cups or silverware in the kitchen. The staff said they were not provided?? The staff said there was no smoking anywhere in the hotel, not even on the balcony, Yet every day we smelled cigarette smoke on our balcony and in our room. Also, there was no clock in the rooms. Upon checking out, the desk said they would have provided a clock if we asked for one??
