Staff was great. Liked having food and stores close by. Only one problem with the bathroom. Shower head in 1202 makes a high screeching sound. Otherwise had a great experience.

Spotless room, very clean hotel and restaurants. Friendly staff, amenities are great. My husband and I were there for 3 nights and to celebrate our Dec birthdays and New Year's Eve with our oceanfront room and it was wonderful. We loved it and will be back soon!

The hotel and staff were very nice. However it was a very unsettling experience being in a hotel full of Islamic guests. They were extremely rude, entitled people. They showed discriminating behavior towards my 3 year old graddaughter. Their children were unsupervised, ran the hallways, yelling. Played soccer in the banquet room across from our room, running on top of the tables. The smell was atrocious. I will definitely be calling before booking anything to make sure there isnt a conference for terrorists!

I go every year for new years this is the worst of them all especially the bar worst service margarita had a lemon that look like it was cut a month ago brown both male bartender 0 and mean 0 respect not professional they both scream at me and told me not to come back in front of everyone just because I was telling them about they poor service! Went to lobby front told that they don’t work for them And there was nothing they could do about

I chose the room with the jacuzzi. But when I was using the jacuzzi, the hotel front staff called my room and my cell phone. He told me not to use the jacuzzi because the water was reeked downstairs from my room. And the staff said they would come to my room. I stopped bathing, got dressed and waited for the staff. A staff member came into my room after 10 p.m. I was so scared. The staff member told me that after checking the condition of my room, I could use the jacuzzi. I felt really bad. The problem is that this hotel is really old condition. I paid more money than the other room and booked the room, but the staff didn't even apologize to me. As if it was my fault. The room next to me often smelled of marijuana.

Room definitely needs more cleaning. very heavy dust around bed base and bed table. Bathroom very small, door literally hits the toilet in order to open, Kind of funny actually .. Exhaust fan not working in bathroom and no heat in bathroom.

Staff was courteous, the room was spacious and very clean! There were options for food and drinks onsite which was great since it was so cold and lots of places are closed in the off season. The bar/restaurant on the main level had a good happy hour and the food was very good!
