I love this hotel, and now my wife is hooked on it as well. I have stayed here multiple times, and each time, the customer service has been wonderful. The rooms are clean and nicely done, and the ocean view is fantastic. Since this was an off-season stay, the price was extremely budget-friendly. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Stay at the Grand Hotel!

I love this hotel. I have stayed there numerous times and it has always been good. The hotel smells so good as soon as you walk in the front door. They have pulled up the carpeting in the rooms and put down new flooring which makes the room look bigger and brighter and cleaner. NOT that it has ever been unclean. I just have a thing about carpeting in public places. It has always been spotless. They have a really good coffee shop. It has good sandwiches and sweets. Coffee tastes a little like Starbuck's.

When we were checking out there was no electric power. We also were told by the checkout person that they knew the power was going to be out but thought the generators would take over but didn't. I think everyone should have been told to check out before the planned outage if they wanted. When the elevators were in service.

Amazing location! The room was amazing, we booked a jetted tub room. There’s nothing I can complain about. There’s restaurants and ice cream shops! There’s a game room! Two pools! Just 10/10!

Loved the balcony oceanfront view, large hallways and family friendliness. Hotel is dated and needs upgrades. Stains in carpet, old furniture, paint peeling, etc. The parking garage was out of service and we were never advised at check in. Also, on our check out day the power when off while I was in the shower. The water stop too. My daughter was unable to shower. We were never notified in advance.
