This is by far our favorite hotel! It's in a perfect location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are wonderful, and the amenities are great! Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel right on the boardwalk on the 21st street is excellent. We got everything that we needed for the stay within the hotel including breakfast, lunch and dinner. We got an ocean facing room with a great view. The room was clean and it had all the amenities.

I like that there were many dining and shopping options conveniently located. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Front desk staff were very friendly. I didnt like the pizza place. Our order was incorrect (we didnt order pizza), the chips were not good and didnt seem there was much food (order was mostly french fries) for the price paid. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good also.

I love it at the Grand Hotel wouldn’t go anywhere else but to this exact hotel when coming to Ocean City. You don’t even have to leave the hotel, that hotel has EVERYTHING, food, games, stores, game rooms, even the pools!!! The employees are so Nice when talked to, their rooms are really clean it is great! My kids love how roomy the rooms are & just how the overall experience we’ve had going for the past two years! I really recommend The Grand Hotel if you are looking to come out to Ocean City, you will not regret it!!!!

Liked all the different restaurants and also being right on the boardwalk. Poor communication from the Front Desk when we checked in as we were only told to keep the room key away from our cell phone b/c it desensitizes the strip but we also found out on Sat. that we needed to also keep it away from credit cards too but was not told that originally as were locked out after lunch. Room key door locks are very outdated. Bathrooms in the hotel rooms are outdated and need exhaust fans. Need signs out in front of the building for designated smoking areas as some rude people wanted to smoke where my husband and I were sitting on the rocking chairs.

Great location if you are traveling with little ones and you want more quiet then south end of the boardwalk where the rides and games are. 1.1 miles to the games and rides. Walkable on the boardwalk. Kids loved it we loved it for being the 1st time. The hotel was clean, a little outdated but still worth staying as we had a great time. We used the pool in the morning then it would get super crowded so we went to the beach. The hotel has a 24/7 cafe, restaurant, pizzeria, stores right in the hotel. It is also clean, quiet, and nice view of the ocean even in a side room.
