This was our first time staying at the Grand hotel and we loved it. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day initially we planned to only stay for 5 days but ended up staying for 6 days. It was totally worth it, just sad we couldn't stay longer. But this place had all kinds of amenities and everything that you could need to enjoy a family vacation. We loved how close everything was even the beach was literally right behind the hotel. This hotel is definitely someplace we plan to continue to stay when we do our family trips, its awesome. Hope to be back next year its such a great place Totally recommend.

Good (not great) hotel. Very dated

Place is very, very dated. Carpets and many of the furniture has seen better days, However, in a great location, and still better than many hotels in the area. They could really use a multi-million dollar renovation which could make them one of the premier hotels in OCMD.

Best stay in Ocean City

I have been going to Ocean City off and on for years never stayed at the Grand. My husband and i loved it. We are thinking about making this the place to stay every year. I would suggest that the restaurant would give a discount for those staying at the hotel. The prices were WAY TO HIGH for breakfast. You would probably have more guest eat there if there was a discount for them.

Location is what you pay for, it's fantastic! Staff is friendly and on the beach. On the con side, rooms need updating, especially the bathroom

The property is nice, clean, convenient, we didn’t have to leave the hotel if we didn’t want to because everything was there. Our only complaint was the balcony. We stayed on the 6th floor the balcony Is not private, someone could walk from their balcony to mine & it seems to make it colder because their are no dividers.
