Had to spend an offseason night in Ocean City to accommodate my daughter's cheer competition at the Ronald Powell Convention Center. This hotel is absolutely massive, with it's own everything - indoor heated pool, beautiful bar and grille on the premises, etc. The hotel was so nice I found myself wishing it was summertime and I was there for a week instead of one night! The room could not have been cleaner, and it was super spacious with a beautiful ocean view. I have definitely saved it as a favorite and I will be back for some sun and fun when the weather is warm!

We didnt eat at the restaurants at the hotel but enjoyed all the amenties they had....quite a few restaurants and a coffee shop, 2 arcades, swimming pool, spacious rooms..had city view room but still saw the ocean and boardwalk from our balacony and front desk staff were really nice as well

Clean room great direct view, however loud construction going on the front desk did not inform me at all! Loud banging from floor above I called the front desk female staff laughed and said I can hear it too, unprofessional behavior. I like Grand however wanted a quiet relaxing morning would have stay somewhere while construction was taking place, but I didn’t have that option. Male front desk staff always professional helpful and friendly.

Staff was great. Liked having food and stores close by. Only one problem with the bathroom. Shower head in 1202 makes a high screeching sound. Otherwise had a great experience.

The hotel and staff were very nice. However it was a very unsettling experience being in a hotel full of Islamic guests. They were extremely rude, entitled people. They showed discriminating behavior towards my 3 year old graddaughter. Their children were unsupervised, ran the hallways, yelling. Played soccer in the banquet room across from our room, running on top of the tables. The smell was atrocious. I will definitely be calling before booking anything to make sure there isnt a conference for terrorists!
