Overall is good but the check in lady is rude and treat me not as welcoming as she should she look so tired The room is good but I paid for ocean view and beach views but it’s only ocean view the bed’s kind of uncomfortable it’s way to hard the shower is too old for the room 917 Room is clean but i prefer shower that’s why I choose the bathtub and walk in shower but its only bathtub room they have us totally different room that we paid for we plan to stay for two nights but this disappoint us and we left after one night stay and the waters are free only for members but it costs 1.50 for each water bottle for regular guests which is totally disappointing but overall it’s not a bad experience uh one more thing is the front desk took $50 I don’t really get it why lol I even asked but haven’t gotten a clear answer for that

Accommodations were excellent! I didn’t appreciate the $10 parking fee when the free parking on the street was only a few feet away. Wish the counter attendant would have provided more information about that.

Great family friendly hotel. Food does seem overpriced at surrounding restaurants but overall a great time. Will definitely be returning so we can enjoy the pool and beach near by.

I was very much surprised to see dirty dishes & glassware with lipstick on it. Balcony was great but again not cleaned & balcony door would not close. Shower head had almost no water pressure.

My fiancé and I were really excited to have a nice get away before the craziness of our wedding. When booking we picked the room based on seeing a jetted tub in the room. We loved the idea of getting to relax and watch a movie or looking out at the ocean while enjoying the tub. We were very disappointed when it was in the bathroom. It was also very gross looking. We also were very disappointed when we couldn’t close the “black out” curtains like they said we would have. We knew that the lobby was getting renovated, but we were upset to find out that we couldn’t enjoy the indoor pool. We were not notified of that being in repair as well.
