Great Again!
Been bringing my grandson here since he was about 3 years old. He loves it and looks forward to it every year. Hotel is always clean and top notch. They were offering great perks too! Just wish I could take him in the summer but the cost is high for in season rates.

I could not use the carts without a guy who keep them. He did not let me do it myself. I did not want him to come to my room. I had to move my luggages without the carts. It was very uncomfortable. Do I have to take services even what I do not want? It's ridiculous.

The rooms are spacious with a great view. The only negative are the bathrooms. They need to be updated with modern toilets and need to do away with the Jacuzzi tubs and replace with a large shower. The tubs are extremely hard to get in and out of with the potential of being injured.

I'd stay here again
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it was a slow time of the year the bar and restaurant stayed open until 11pm. Nice size gym too.
