When I first checked in they gave me a room all the way in the back corner of the first floor. Run was very dark and cold. Asked to be moved to another floor and was given attitude. Even offered to pay extra if needed. Finally was given another room. When I got to this room again it was all the way in the back. The floor clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, as I found chicken crumbs and several Bobby pins on the floor. Also the shower floor had not been cleaned very well as there was what looked like dried up “boogers” on the floor. The TV took some time to finally “warm” up after about 15 minutes of it turning off and on and don’t try to move it away from the wall although the arm on it allows for movement. It just won’t stay on. Also there was a very strong mechanical smell in the hallways.

Clean, staff friendly BUT…..VERY disappointed that your breakfast service ran from 6:00 to 9:30. With that being said, as a guest, all that is being offered for breakfast SHOULD be available up until 9:30…not starting to be cleaned up at 9:00 in order to be cleaned up by 9:30!! So a guest coming down for bfast at 9:15 should have a ALL food choices available

Not so Pet Friendly
The hotel was great and so was the location. My only complaint is that they claim to be pet friendly but they definitely aren't. Our fur baby always travels with us and I've never had an issue. He is a senior dog and we were told that he could not use the elevator. There was a sign on each elevator saying no pets. When I asked about this I was told that it was because people have allergies. You would think that if you are allergic to animals you would not stay at a "pet friendly" hotel. And did I mention that I was charged a fee for him to stay with us. I will definitely never go back to this hotel if they continue to implement this policy.

Our room was nice and clean. Very minimal cable channels which was disappointing at the end of the night trying to wind down. Bathroom was a decent size. Overall a very decent hotel. We would stay there again.
