Just an average hotel. They use some air fresheners that smell terrible. It’s definitely nothing more than a 3 star hotel. The location is amazing and super convenient.

5th floor amazing views of ocean and boardwalk. Watched a beautiful sunrise and dolphins swimming North at shoreline. Comfortable beds, renewly renovated rooms, older elevator.

This is a no frills hotel but the rooms are clean and spacious and the location was perfect. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our ocean front room had been updated and freshly painted. The balcony overlooked the boardwalk and beach and we loved the outdoor restaurant/bar below. This hotel worked perfectly for us and we would definitely stay here again.

very good value-for-money
Hotel is very good value-for-money. The room was very clean, the bathroom had plenty of hot water and water pressure and the a/c worked well. Easy parking.We enjoyed people watching from the balcony. We will likely stay there again next year.
