It seems this property is transitioning to new management. The staff appeared a bit disoriented but were definitely friendly. Everything was clean. Our standard room lacked a chair and table, which is quite unusual. The beds seemed to be full-sized rather than queen. The advertised breakfast was surprisingly poor, missing staples like tea, apples, or oatmeal. This might have been due to the low season, as the dining area was filled with unused food containers. However, the two waffle makers were a saving grace. The pool and hot tub were nice, but there were no towels available—we had to ask the staff for them. Overall, I would stay here again if the price is right. I believe the service will improve soon as it seems they are still learning.

There were a lot of little things that could have better about my stay. I asked for a handicap assessable room, which ended up being on the third floor, which I found a bit odd. There were other issues but I’m running out of room and need more space.

Excellent night sleep after getting the heater running and the staff was very accommodating! Very cold hallways as I think they were trying to air things out. Location was great but Ocean Shores in general is getting very old.

The signage for the hotel was not accurate -- had a different name on it and no address number. There were no signs to indicate we had the correct hotel. I had to go up to the lobby to ask. But the doors were closed/locked due to high winds and you had to go around to a side door to be let him. Very confusing -- even the woman right after us said so.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The amenities were well-maintained, and the location was ideal. I’d definitely stay here again!

First of all the staff were absolutely wonderful! They accommodated a very late check in for me and were kind and welcoming. The lobby was inviting, it looked bright clean and well taken care of. A lot of care was taken to provide a clean beautiful room. The pool and spa looked beautiful and the breakfast offered was better than most hotels at this rate. This property has a lot of potential (I understand there are some areas they are working on) I hope they continue to improve and maintain this hotel. It was a great price and I’d love to come back.

Looks like theya re trying to fix up the property,, everything was decent looking. The breakfast is a little lacking the hot tub took a bit to finally get hot. But the place is worth another try
