The aesthetics were great. The reservations, check in & out was easy and convenient. The rooms are beautiful and the location is near so many shops and restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended and I would also return.
This property is across between a hotel and an Airbnb. There were no staff on site and you entered your room with a pin number. Provided prior to entry. Our room had a microwave, a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The bathroom was large with a wonderful rain shower. The room itself opened directly onto the front porch. Some of the rooms inside the property opened into an interior hallway. Parking was a small gravel lot directly outside of the property. The location is wonderful right in the middle of all the shopping and dining options and a very quick walk to the beach. The bed was quite comfortable. There was a little bit of road noise, but not much. It did not bother us. A person, however in the room next to us snored very loudly and we could hear it. That was the only downside.
The Springs Hotel is a quaint boutique hotel in the downtown area. The hotel offers contactless check-in with a 4 digit code of your choosing, they were very responsive & helpful with text and email directions. Our room was beautiful decorated, well appointed, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bath had everything you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend The Springs Hotel!
This property is the best for a weekend in Ocean Springs. We parked our car Friday night and didn't get back in until we left Sunday morning.

Check-in was terrible. Didn’t receive a door code, arrived at room at 3 pm, called but no answer, left voicemail. Good news was that after 10-15 minutes I did receive a call back from a very pleasant lady who set up my code and was very helpful. Unpleasant part was that while I was on that call I received a voicemail from a man (believe he as at the Roost) who left a rude message saying I had a balance due and would not receive a door code until paid!
Note that room was booked and paid in full thru Expedia.
I called him back because I was concerned if I left the room I might be locked out. His response was if I have been given a code then don’t worry about it. He offered no explanation about the balance due allegation and did not ask for a credit card or any other information.
No elevated or ramp to get yours suitcases upstairs. The parking lot is gravel and luggage wont roll on it. No staff to help you. Mattress is uncomfortable. No light in bathroom. No hair dryer. No place to hang clothes. Every time someone closed their door across the hall the suction would pull the doors in our room.
