It's located 200 kilometres north of Australia's capital, Canberra.

You won't have to go too far afield to experience some photo-worthy natural sights. Load up the car and follow the road to Jenolan Caves, 40 kilometres away from O'connell, for a relaxed day. Or maybe Ben Chifley Dam is of more interest? It's located just 10 kilometres away.
