Staff checked us in quickly, does not supply shampoo or conditioner. Rooms were okay nothing special. Hot tub was closed. The outside area around the pool area was not maintained at all

During our stay we had moved to three different rooms because the first room toilet was broken, second room bath tub drain broken, washer/dryer broken, pool dirty and hot tub broken. We had a long stay so we needed things to be functional especially laundry.The breakfast was also not so great. Parking was rough around the property. We ended up cancelling the rest of the reservation and reserved a room elsewhere.

Our floor in our room was filthy. Had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The inside was run down and had a funky smell down all the hallways. The wall paper was peeling off the walls and garbage cans were always overflowing

This hotel was way overpriced for the condition it was in. Everything was dirty, grimy, and falling apart. The only good thing was the size of our room, but it smelled so bad. The flooring in the bathroom was peeling up. The WiFi wasn’t safe to use since it was open to everyone with no password. The towels seemed to be re-used. Just a bad hotel that was was overpriced.

The room smelled strongly of cat urine. The TV didn't work properly. Outside ambient light from parking lot shine in the room all night. Breakfast the next morning was poor quality, and the lobby bathroom was out of toilet paper and soap during peak breakfast hours.

Can't recommend, dirty and run down

The facility is run down and needs work. The carpet and walls are dirty, have holes and needs paint badly. The pool room has holes in the windows, and the pool was absolutely filthy. It needs cleaning badly. The room was cleaner, and the sheets were clean, but there was left over food under the sofa bed. Not what we normally expect from a wyndham property. Surprising!

There was nobody at the desk when we arrived. Kept calling. Our shower wasn't working correctly and I had to fix the toilet that kept running. The hot tub wasn't working by the pool and in the morning, you do not have a lot of staff because the poor girl was trying to have 2 of us check out and make breakfast.

Staff was great, property is run down. Smells like weed everywhere. Not a place for a family to stay. I book three rooms with double beds. Rooms had only two towels in them. Showers don’t spray very well to wash your hair. Just needs some love and repairs. Over all it was fair for what I payed but could use some repairs Thank you.

Furniture was crappy there was no hair dryer properly needs a up grade short staffed, no ramps in the parking lot for wheelchairs or electric scooters had to go all the way around the building to get inside .
