Front desk guy looked at us like we were dumb when he told us he was “upgrading” our room from a king bedroom to a two queen bed room and we just asked why. Building has ripped carpet and holes in the wall. Our bathroom had the vibe as if I was gonna get murdered in there. Right next to the highway and you can hear the cars driving by. Our thermostat was SUPER touchy it was either too hot or too cold. The tv was glitching the whole time. The pictures are lies the place is so rundown

Room was outdated and smells moldy. Got lucky the room key did not work, so we got to a nicer and cleaner smelling room. Outstanding service from staff at check-in. Breakfast was subpar, no eggs and meat selections.

Our room smelled like cheap cologne trying to cover cigarette smoke. Had my husband not been feeling sick I would've asked to switch rooms. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and when I called down to the front desk they said I would have to come get the bedding. I sent my teenager and she returned with a sheet. So then I went to the lobby and asked for an actual blanket. The attendant seemed annoyed and told me that the blankets were in the laundry. So after following him to the laundry room, he gave me a blanket. We had two identical rooms and neither has bedding for the sofabed and only two towels in the bathroom for a room with two queens and a sofabed. The beds and the room were clean and decently comfortable otherwise.

Very sketchy feeling. Dirty, rundown. Website says hot tub, sign at hotel says it's closed indefinitely. There was a stain on the underside of the blanket, the hall and room smelled of cigarettes (even though it's supposed to be smoke-free). Only 1 of the room keys worked. Carpet is pulling up. Parking not well-lit. Lock your doors.

Room was not serviced for the first 2 days. Front desk staff helped .3 busses of students came in and were extremely noisy and banging on walls and the floor above us all night

The entire inside of the hotel is falling apart. Carpet is pulled up in various places, plaster is all over the place, wallpaper is peeling, and falling off our whole heating and cooling unit fell off of the wall, and the best part, was there was a leak in our ceiling in our shower. So while trying to shower and the upstairs neighbor did anything with their water poured onto me. When I immediately took it to the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do. They gave me the managers. Email address, I emailed her immediately still have heard nothing back.

The man at the front desk was irritated when my room did not work the first night. He blamed it on me. I had not even been in the room yet, my suitcase was still outside the door. He was so frustrated when he could not get the door open that he kept jerking on the door handle very hard. We had to go back downstairs to get a new key. He was very annoyed and kept making sighing noises. The hotel was very outdated as well especially the halls were dark and walls/carpet were old. The bathroom was small and cramped, sorry very outdated. Would not stay there again.

The front desk staff was nice, overall hotel is dated, wall paper falling off, pool was rusty and hot tub broken so unusable, bottom of shower dirty, but the room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was well stocked and good with kids.
