マンションの一室みたいな感じで、洗濯機や冷蔵庫(冷凍庫アリ)、電子レンジ、浴室乾燥がついている。 ただ洗濯機はカビ臭くて、掛け布団も所々シミがある(中のシーツは綺麗)。 ロケーションはかなり良くて、道路を渡ればパイナガマビーチなので、気軽に海に入れる。 飲食店が集まる中心地まで徒歩15分ほどで、車がなくてもアクセスしやすい。 コスパが良いのでまた利用したいが、掃除をもう少ししっかりしてもらえたらすごくいい。

・室内がカビくさい ・エアコンが故障していて漏水しており、ベッドのシーツがビショビショ ・壁に穴があり、ガムテープで補修跡あり ・ウォシュレットが故障していた

家族４人で３泊４日お世話になりました。他の口コミを見ると不安もありましたが、駐車場も止められましたし、もし空いてなかったらいつでも連絡下さいとの事でしたし不安もありませんでした。事前になるべく上の階でとメールしておいたら本当に最上階にして頂けてテンション上がりました。眺めも最高でした。部屋もカビ臭くもなく綺麗でしたよー。シャワーは初日は若干ぬるめでしたが使い方が分かると全然問題なし！掃除は有料だったので依頼はしませんでした。タオル類はフロントに持ってっての交換だったのでそこが唯一面倒なところでしたが、勤務体制を最少人数でやってるから致し方ないなかなと。４日間と快晴で部屋も立地も満足でとても良かったです。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。
