It was a large room with two separate beds, which is perfect for my friend and I to sleep separately. It would have been cool to have as the main hotel for our trip, I loved the floor plan. Staffless, so you need to get your entrance codes from the company, but super easy to use and a nice room to stay in

My family and I had a great stay at the Rakuten STAY Naha Tomari Port. The facilities were all very clean as well as the room. My family and I stayed in the six-person room with two double beds and two single bunks on top. The monitor was great for watching shows together before bed after a long day of exploring. I do wish there was a kitchen or a small area with a microwave to heat up food. Overall, this was a great, affordable stay.

家族5人での里帰り期間中に宿泊させていただきました。とても素晴らしいカスタマーサポート、サービス、ありがとうございました。ロケーションもとても良く、お部屋もきれいで広め。リーズナブルでした。また機会があればぜひ利用したいと思います。

・入口がわかりにくい。 ・ロフトへ昇るハシゴ位置を考えた方がいい。 ・土足厳禁なのに靴を置くところがない。 ・風呂とトイレの換気扇が壊れてた。 ・コンセント少ない。 ・テレビとプロジェクターを入れ替えたほうがいい。もしくは並べる。

国際通りに近く、離島へ行く港も歩いて行ける。食事も地元の定食屋などがあり沖縄を満喫できる立地でした。 鍵もすべて暗証番号で無くすことがないのも良い。 部屋はロフトを活用して、空間をうまく使っている。 一つだけ残念だったのが、湯船が無くシャワーのみであった事。 それ以外は快適な宿泊でした。

子供達がバンクベットを気に入ってました。シャワーやトイレも清潔でしたが、トイレの蓋が壊れていてガムテープでとめあてあり使いにくかったです。 無人でしたが建物に入るの含めて何の問題もなかったです。

施設は綺麗で良かったです。チェックイン時にちょっと迷ってしまいましたが、対応も良かったです。ただトイレの床に汚れが目立ち、持参のアルコールクロスで拭きました。ランドリールームは洗濯機、乾燥機各2台で、夜中まで並んでいて使えない日もありました。バスタブがなくシャワーだけだったので湯船に浸かれたらもっといいなと思いました。
