While the property was clean and neat, the room had issues. The shower head was leaking, knob was spewing water when turned on flooding the bathroom floor. Requested a bunch of towels so we could clean the floor and told the night clerk about what was happening. All she offered was an "ok". Glad we were only thete 1 night. Additionally, the air condition unit was very dirty. In the morning, I reported this to the new lady at the desk so that she could get that rooms issues taken care of.

When I checked in the front desk lady was horrible rude she didn’t greet us had been traveling for a cheer competition so checked in after 10 pm and the receptionist was so unprofessional. She didn’t greet me didn’t tell me the time of breakfast then slammed my card key down on the desk. And to top it off she charged my card twice. I will never stay at this location again

Our room smelled like pine sol and the breakfast was cold, sausage gravy in crock pot was cold. I asked the young lady if she had butter, not available. The room smell was terrible.

I had a scary incident on my drive and had to call the police once I arrived at the hotel. I notified the overnight desk assistant and he was so kind. He kept an eye on my room and my vehicle while I got some much needed sleep. Whoever he was, he deserves a raise!

The property is run down. The elevator quit working while we were there. Housekeeping didn't get done until after 6pm. Our room was comfortable but the floors needed replaced the carpet was coming up and the tile was broken in the bathroom. The air conditioner was weirdly loud. The shower head didn't turn off unless the water was turned off. Breakfast was the same both mornings. The staff was nice and helpful. If things were to get updated this place could be nice.
