We travel with a pet. When we got off the elevator, the floor hallway smelled horrible. Like animal waste. The first room we were given wasn’t clean. The second room was very comfortable.

I will not stay here again
>ROACHES< roaches in room 211 and 117 It was end of night after the state fair and we were just looking to go to sleep finally so we did stay but had to leave lights on and killed 5 roaches in room 211 And 3 roaches in room 117 . I stayed in room 117 and went to take a shower and upon walking out of shower i find the dang water all the way out sdie of the shower and out of the bathroom onnthe floor the water didnt flow to thw drain in the bathroom floor ... the floor must not be level so had to use the left over towels and mop up the dang floor 😑

Our suite was enormous! It had a stove, fridge, dishwasher—everything you need to make it feel like home. Overall, we loved our stay and will be coming back.

Worst Experience!
I had an extremely bad experience at this hotel. Below are are the details of what happened: 1) When I checked in with my family on August 30th, we were given the keys to Room # 118. When we opened the room, there was pest control powder everywhere, the beds were not made, and it was an unclean room, not ready for a guest. We again went downstairs and told the front desk about this. They said they would not know if a room is clean and it was the housekeeping who was supposed to enter that in the system! This time we got the keys for Room # 311. 2) At around 7.15 am next morning, the lights started flickering and then they went out. We were in the dark for the entire time till we checked out of the hotel around 10 am. We couldn't call the front desk, we couldn't charge our phones, we had to grope our way in the dark to get breakfast downstairs and that too we couldn't have things like fruit juice, waffles, pancakes etc. because there was no power. We asked the front desk about the power and they said some power lines were down and that the backup power was also not working! When I asked them why they don't check and maintain the power backup regularly they said they can't do it and they would only come to know if the power backup is working if a situation like this occurred! It was overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my life!

This place was absolutely perfect for our one-night stay travelling from Georgia to Colorado. Rooms we clean and spacious, even had a full kitchen (which I did not expect). The bedding was absolutely perfect...so comfortable!!!! The free shuttle service to Bricktown was amazing. Breakfast was great! This place was absolutely worth every penny we spent and I highly recommend!!!

Check in states 3. We get there and got told our room wasnt ready so we had to wait several hours. No call or email to let us know about delays. When we finally got our room the hall had trash strewn through out it making it gross to walk. Also some woman was beating on her kid pretty bad in the lobby, i coukd hear him screaming in the elevator and then in the room 1 floor below js. The hot tub that was advertised was not open. The morning breakfast has everyone who ate throwing up and when my husband went to get drinks he was told to wait. He did, and maria grabbed all her friends to gawk at him like it was a spectator sport making him feel very uncomfortable. When i went for towels i stood there for well over 30 minutes and no one appeared. The phone was pulled off the ringer, so they didn't have to listen to it, and over all i wouldnt stay at this location again. The check in girl was friendly. So i guess theres one positive part of the situation.

Carpet looks disgusting and seems wet, that causes the hotel to stink terrible (mainly the first floor/lobby) the other floors stink like the AC ain’t running through the hallway. Don’t know how to explain it. Our bathtub was stained with who knows what. The worst thing by far was… at night we saw a roach crawling on the wall by one of the bed, we killed it and tried to think it was an isolated thing, but then we discovered there were a lot more in between the bed (headboard) and the wall, then more by the window, two on the carpet, and another one by the restroom wall. We called front desk to request a room change but they said they were booked, so we ended up leaving which they were not worried at all with the situation and processed a refund immediately which made us think they were aware of it and just ignore it.

Overall, this hotel met our needs. It was clean and everything worked properly. My only complaint is that I was traveling with a group of middle and high school students, and when I booked the room, a swimming pool was a must. However, it was closed during our stay which was a bummer.
