Had to request room service to get room cleaned, then they didn’t change bed clothes, took clothes to wash but didnt tell us they didnt do clothes on tbe weekends, manager told is that she would follow up, never did.

AMAZING trip - highly recommend!
I brought my kids down to the Omni for a couple nights to celebrate Christmas. We are going to make this an annual event, the hotel was gorgeous! The staff here go above & beyond to ensure each guest feels special. The Christmas decorations and atmosphere is top notch! An experience to remember, we will be back very soon!

Clean and beautiful property with great walkable access to Scissortail park and Bricktown. A few things let it down. Lack of free WiFi is disappointing for a premium hotel. You can sign up as Omni member to get free WiFi but this was not possible during our stay as the website had technical difficulties. Breakfast is grossly overpriced and not very good. Toilet kept running water all night.
