In town for a concert at the arena down the street. They have no parking so you have to valet everything. They only had 1 guy working the parking. Took 45 minutes to get through valet. Then walk in and they evidently only have 2 computers to check you in. One was down so there was another line that took another 30 minutes. Now we are starving as we are way behind go to bar area to grab a bite. Sat at the bar for 23 minutes and no order. Moved to a stand up table top as we did see a waitress there. Plenty of empty ones. Sat down and were told the table was reserved and had to go back to the bar. No thanks! Room faced due East. After the concert lots of noise from the other bars outside the property that you hear all night long.

We visit this hotel all throughout basketball season… Go Thunder! It’s a great clean hotel in a great location. We also stay here in the summer because it’s a great location for the river walk. We always recommend the Renaissance to all our family and friends.

This was a great place to stay on my quick trip to OKC! The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and I was able to check in early as well. I would recommend this hotel!
