The room was reserved for 3 nights, room/bathroom clean. The staff were friendly The room had condition problems. The window was cracked and I reported it to front desk. They answered that it would be replaced the next day but never replaced. The A/C unit was a bit dirty and didn’t cool well. The sink was cracked and the hair dryer didn’t work. The breakfast was okay but had no peanut butter or yogurt that is normal with Continental style.

This is an average hotel comparably. I
Hotel was clean, quiet, average amenities. There were a couple of people rummaging through the garbage bin outside the hotel in the parking area. The room deposit of $100 cash is rather high but is refunded upon check out. Hotel.com did not make us aware of the required deposit at online booking.

The air was on and the room was cold. There was a thermostat on the wall but apparently it did not do anything. The opening for the control was jammed shut on the heater/cooling unit. I went to call the desk and phone was not working. I then noticed the phone cord both ends plugged into the phone. When I called the desk and they came up they acted like we had done something to th unit. Also the room was a past smoking room and you could still smell cigarete smote.

This property needs a lot of work. The door where you enter from the parking lot is full of cigarette butts- literally a small stream running down the curb. The lobby floor was dirty and had a gross old rug in front of the reception desk. Breakfast is ok, but they had bananas out that were too old with broken skin exposing the fruit. The carpet in our room was pretty gross- completely worn out. There was mold in the bathroom around the tub. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Staff was indifferent to guests. I would never stay here again.

I wasn't very satisfied with our room. I paid for 2 Queen beds, but when we got to our room there were only standard full size beds. I asked the clerk if she could give us the room we paid for and she said she couldn't. I asked for a discount on our room and she tefused to accommodate. We had 2adults and 2 teens trying to sleep comfortable on a full size bed. Other than that, the breakfast was good.
