Set in the heart of the beautiful Split Riviera, The Olive exclusive holiday home is your perfect retreat for your next holiday. Like a true oasis of peace and tranquility, this luxurious villa will provide the ideal sanctuary for all admirers of the Mediterranean climate.
A private speedboat tour to discover Trogir archipelago is included (starts at 10AM, come back at 6pm, we will go to the two little big gems of the Trogir archipelago - the island of Drvenik Mali (little) and Veli (big). Of course our last stop will be in the famous Blue Lagoon. Are you ready to explore this little paradise? The offer includes a skipper, fuel and snorkeling gears; the exact day of the trip is to be chosen at least 7 days in advance).
The olive exclusive is a luxurious four star villa near the city of Trogir, whose exclusive location and modern architecture provide the perfect blend of the natural environment and modern technology.

ENTRANCE FLOOR
Living room & Kitchen & Master bedroom #1

From the main door you will immediately access to a small hallway wich give you access on the right side to a toilette, on the left to the first master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower) and straight to an open space living room with a terrific sea view. This open space comes with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 people.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, big set of cutlery, all kind of glasses, a variety of plates, bowls, cooking pans and frying pans.

From this open space you have access to the pool terrace, equipped with sunbeds and a big outdoor dining table for 8 people.
The 24 m2 is available on the lower floor of the house. Its terrace comes with sun chairs and beach towels. The external shower is just next to the pool.

LOWER FLOOR
Master bedroom #2, Twin bedroom #3, Double bedroom #4

Through an indoor staircase you will access to the remaining three of the four bedrooms. The bedrooms comes with en-suite bathroom. One of the bedroom can have a double bed or when necessary became a twin room.

All the beds are box spring beds and very confortable. Bedroom #2 and #3 have access to a patio with outdoor furniture next to the BBQ. The room #4 have access to a private terrace with sea view and outdoor furniture.

The master bedroom comes with double sink and a walk-in shower, the twin room with bathtub and single sink, while the room #4 with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries are also provided.

On this floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
