It has 4 bedrooms, two of them double and the other two with two beds, has 2 full bathrooms, a separate kitchen, living room, laundry room, terrace, and outdoor space around the house.
It is located on a private and fenced plot plot. From the plot you go directly to the beach.
It is fully prepared so that both winter and summer it is a comfortable home.
It is ideal for a holiday of rest and relaxation with family or friends in one of the best beaches of the Valencian Community.
It is located less than 500 meters from one of the restaurant areas of the Olive Beach, the marina of Oliva, the Sailing School of Oliva, the Pharmacy and the Tennis Club of Oliva.
Oliva offers its visitors natural areas of great value, such as the majestic Pego-Oliva, which is a wetland with high ecological value and where you can see wildlife in the area,
You can also go hiking or hire a bicycle service to make routes through nearby areas.

Superb location for a quiet holiday
We stayed with two small children and the property is pretty perfect as there is a big gate that can be slid across to keep them safe. The beach is literally just over a very small dune and gorgeous. The house is kitted out very well, a nice job and oven make cooking a pleasure. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Oliva is great, there is a market Friday, it’s not pub/club central but it has everything you need. There is a good selection of restaurants near the property too. Great place, location and hosts!

Lovely place in a fantastic location.
We have just returned from 5 weeks in this lovely, well equipped casita. Rosa & Javier did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The casita is on a fully enclosed plot on a quiet dead end lane, with the sand dunes right in front of you. Over the dunes is a wonderful expanse of sandy beach, where you can walk for miles. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted radiators and there is an aircon unit in the lounge area to provide hot and cold. The online photos are true and accurate. Plenty of towels and bedding is provided and everything is to a high standard and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped, except us brits missed a kettle and large cups or mugs and tea towels for drying dishes! The mugs can easily be purchased tho at Family Cash supermarket for 60cents. And there are plenty of good quality saucepans to boil water in on the excellent induction hob. There is plenty of space to sit outside with well good quality tables, chairs and sunloungers, both in sun and shade. A great 5 weeks of winter sun will long be remembered by us, best wishes and thank you both!

Toller Strand in 30 Sekunden erreichbar
Der Gastgeber war 100 % für die Belange da trotz Kommunikationshürden, da er nur spanisch spricht, trotz Sonderwunsch zur Reinigung des Hauses wegen Allergie hat Alles großartig geklappt. Sehr nett und zuverlässig! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Lage direkt hinter der Düne ermöglichte es, mal eben vom Strand ins Haus zu gehen, um beispielsweise etwas zu trinken o.ä. zu holen oder vor dem Frühstück einen Strandwalk zu machen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Strandliegen waren auch prima.Wir hatten immer noch Badewetter an diesem sauberen und nicht überfüllten Strand. Die Strandbar in der Nähe war ab 1. Okt. geschlossen. War ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Einzig anzumerken wäre, daß es einige lebhafte Hunde auch in der direkten spanischen Nachbarschaft gibt, die recht präsent ist. Ab Mitternacht war es dann aber immer sehr ruhig, so daß man das Meer leise rauschen hören konnte. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Es hat sich gelohnt
Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus am Strand (ca. 100m). Genug Platz für alle Gäste zum Entspannen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Oliva. Der Strand ist super und das Wasser entsprechend auch. Es war Ende Mai sehr windig aber hat trotzdem viel Spaß gemacht. In Oliva und Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht und Valencia ist eine Stunde entfernt. Ein zweiter Besuch wird folgen 😀

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer
Das Ferienhaus liegt einfach ideal für einen Urlaub direkt am Meer. Es ist ruhig, man hört Nachts nur das Rauschen vom Meer, traumhaft! Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Übergabe erfolgt persönlich durch die Vermieter, die einem freundlich alles erklären. Wenn wir wieder nach Oliva kommen sollten, dann nur in dieses tolle Ferienhaus!

Tolles Haus. Wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober 14 Tage da. Der Stand liegt direkt hinter der Düne. Wir konnten täglich mit unserem Hund dort spazieren gehen. Erst ca. 1,5 km weiter sind am Strand keine Hunde erlaubt. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto zum Haus ist etwas tricky aber nicht unüberwindbar. Öffentliche Parkplätze in direkter Umgebung. Viele freilaufende Katzen. Das Gelände ist komplett eingezäunt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vor Ort. Bei Bedarf kann auch Winterbettwäsche gebracht werden. Javier bot uns an Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufmöglichkeiten etc. zu geben. Wir konnten mit dem Auto alles erreichen. Ob Supermarkt oder Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Der Bungalow bietet alles was das Herz begehrt! Die kleinen Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet! Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind echter Luxus, mit der modernen Küche macht kochen Spaß! Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und die Kommunikation funktioniert trotz Sprachbarriere super! Zum Einchecken haben Sie extra einen englisch sprechenden Dollmetscher mitgebracht! Es war super! Danke

All was perfect. The home is very good for all. All electronic equipment in the kitchen are new. The bedroom are comfortbale and all with wardrobe in the room, deds also are comfortable. Outside there is a lot of space available with sunbeds and a big terrace. The beach is in front... less then 50 meters - 2 minutes. Beach is also fantastic Owners are very kind and helpul.

Una verdadera gozada
Hemos estado mis padres de 86 y 85 años , mi pareja y yo y nuestro perro y ha sido una maravilla. La casa excelente, si que es verdad que la entrada con el coche es un poco dificil pero todo es cogerle el truco. Javier y Rosa son encantadores, enseguida cumplieron nuestros deseos. La casa es muy comoda y coincide perfectamente con las fotos ofrecidas
La distancia a la playa es minima y los alrededores son muy tranquilos. Es un lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de la playa y la familia. El unico inconveniente es la esquina para girar con el coche al acceso a la casa, al menos si llevas un coche grande. La playa es tranquila y nada abarrotada.
