Very good

Unique little spot, close to town. Serene, literally in an orchard! Beautiful rooms, cute kitchen, and I love that the beds are separated by a wardrobe and on opposite ends of the room. There were a few odd noises through the night that I attributed to some small animal on the roof, but that's nature for you. Enjoyed 10/10

Beautiful area of orchards, wineries, and fruit stands. The hotel had some issues: a/c barely worked, shower handle needs replacing, need to spray for bugs, and help from office personnel is non-existant.
We really liked the place, iaaing the pool but the new loi Ve area is very cozy.

Bathtub was disgusting
The room itself was decent but the bathtub and tiles in the bath were disgusting with leftover body scum from previous guests. I bought bleach cleaner and scrubbed the tiles and they came clean quite easily which just shows how they've never made an effort to clean it and not my job but then the bathtub had a disgusting dirt ring. Ive cleaned houses before and this is not acceptable.
Pictures on the hotel’s website are totally deceiving. Our cabin was immediately next to the two garbage bins, weeds grow everywhere including the supposed new courtyard. There is no swimming pool as pictured, the security lock on our cabin door was broken, and the front door looks like it had never been painted or wiped. No parking space per sei, just park on the gravel road in front of cabin…..I was worried that the garbage truck would come and damage my car but it did not despite the fact the garbage was full. Wish I could include pictures as it really illustrates how hard they worked to fool their potential customers. Cabin was clean inside but honestly the deceit ruined the stay for me. Wish we would have looked harder for reviews before we booked in.
Well maintained and clean property. Helpful and Friendly staff.

Renovated older motel. Had everything we needed. Very clean with. Asia kitchen amenities. Small but very adequate for our stay. No restaurant or pool onsite.
Room was VERY clean (which was excellent), but unfortunately the TV did not work, the wifi was too slow to use, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
The inside of cabin 3 was relatively clean, but the shower drain was backed up and there was no toilet paper so we had to buy our own. The staff was non-existent, and the floor was weirdly sloped in the main room and the bedroom. There were also mice (or some other small nighttime creatures) running on the roof or in the walls at night and the air conditioning was weak although it sounded like a jet engine. The property was not at all like it was portrayed in the pictures on the website. We would definitely NOT stay here again.

We unfortunately can't give a good rating. The bed was uncomfortable, the tv didn’t work, there was an infestation of ants on the counter and the a/c was weak. We phoned about the ants and tv, but did not hear back.
Clean, up-to-date room. Office staff only available by ringing a bell, and sometimes not then. Last time I stayed here there was a pool which still figures prominently in the photos on the site - it has been taken out. When office staff not available, I called the "help-line", and got voice mail which was full.
Clean rooms, nothing fancy but everything we needed. If you’re looking for a spot to kinda just crash while touring around the okanagan it’s perfect. Rooms are small but comfortable. Our only complaint is they could update the beds. All the bedding and linens were good. The bed definitely needed an update. Overall would stay again.
This was a perfect place to stay for a couple nights. The kitchenette was a nice option and the beds were comfy. Very easy access to parking making it perfect for bringing our bicycles.
