The man at check in was rude. There are signs that say $100 cash deposit is required for pets, which I did not have. He still insisted that every guest had to have this deposit in cash. My room was not well cleaned, my sheets had gum stuck all over them and there was mold going almost all the way up the sheer curtains. The deadbolt in my room would not lock because the bold didn't line up with the hole in the frame and the small metal flip lock was so loose it would not have stopped the door from opening. Every time I went to the front desk, no one was there. When I tried to check out, I stood there and rang the ring doorbell multiple times and no one came. After 30 minutes I finally left. So had I paid the deposit, I wouldn't have been able to get it back. While this hotel is inexpensive, I did not expect it to be this bad!

My brother, daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and I would recommend again. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Nice area and spacious rooms. My daughter loved the pool.

They require a $100 cash deposit but don't have a ATM .When I asked what deposit was for they said "in case you break the TV". Upon entering our room turned on the TV and it was already broken! None of the equipment in the fitness center works. And for breakfast they watered down the waffle batter so bad it's like crepes or hollow waffles and all the juices are way watered down so it's like water with a hint of apple juice flavor or water with a hint of orange juice flavor just ridiculous. The lock on my room did not work for two of the four days. They're blackout curtains in their room would work if they were hung properly which they were not so every morning here comes the sun light shining right onto the bed .

Staff was nice at check-in, however they were on a headset talking the whole check-in process. The signage all over the front desk referring to a cash securit my deposit of $100 was very strange. The ring security cameras that are sitting at the front desk made me feel like this location was unsafe. I asked if the parking lot was secure and was told it’s better if I park in the front row of the parking lot. The carpet in the room was very dirty, stained pillow cases. Very thin blankets and when I asked for an additional blanket, I was questioned with how many people are staying in my room, and then I was given a sheet. Tiny thin towels. Half a roll of toilet paper. Sticky floor in bathroom. The room smelled musty and like smoke, although smoking is not allowed. I will never stay here again and

Was happy with the room and part of the staff. The check in process went well. The room was clean, was not happy with the tv, did not work properly due to connectivity issues. Went down for breakfast the first morning and was very disappointed with the variety and quality of options. The attendant at the time was not very attentive.
