Good place for an over night while traveling.
The hotel was nice and in a very nice area in West Omaha. It was dog friendly which we needed. The charge was $25 a night for pets.The breakfast had many hot and cold options and was delicious! There were nice areas to walk our dog near by. Only complaint is the pillows need to be replaced as too mushy. The mattress was perfect. We would stay here again:)

The in room, coffee maker would not work. The swimming pool was closed the entire time I was there. The shower was filthy, and I had to have the manager direct the cleaning of it. The breakfast was not good, powdered eggs, canned fruit, no waffles.

Stayed here multiple times and enjoyed our stay. Front desk lady was super helpful but breakfast was a disaster. Room temperature could not be regulated. It was cold and when I ask for assistance help would not even get up. We are disappointed as this was our go hotel in Omaha.

The bedding of the sofa bed was dirty . Had to go down to the resorption to ask for clean sheets. We booked 5plus room and all the sofa beds were dirty .

The property was in a great location for me. The receptionist was very rude when we checked in. She had air pods in and was not helpful when asking questions about the TV being out of the shower not working. She was very rude and short.

Enjoyable stay
Very enjoyable one-night stay. Only issue with the room we had was that one of the tvs did not work. Also, they provide very thin TP. Hotel receptionist very welcoming! Very quiet location. Would definitely stay again.

Second room was fine
The first room I was assigned immediately had a strong smell of urine (I believe pet urine) when I walked in. It was so strong it should not have been ignored by the cleaning staff who prepared the room. I was reassigned to a different room, which had no odor and was fine. The woman who handled the original assignment and reassignment was friendly and helpful.
