Very clean, room was ready ahead of check in and we we're able to check in ahead of time. The tv had permanent glare spots on it and every hour or two would randomly change back to the guide, and the beds pilows weren't the most comfortable by morning time. Neither issue would ever keep us from staying here again, just minor things.

Check in was okay, the guy at the desk wasn’t super helpful but average. Seemed annoyed with work at that moment. Parking is $15 per day. When we got to our room, the key didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to the front desk to get it activated. The room was decent, but VERY small. We barely had enough room to put the pack n play up. The shower had mold everywhere. There was trash leftover from the previous guests under the desk that was missed during cleanup. The temperature in the hallways was like an oven. When going to the pool, the key did not work, so had to make another extra trip to the front desk. The pool was cold. Prior to checkout, we asked one of the maids for a trash bag and she told us she didn’t speak English. Body wash was out in the shower (which isn’t a huge deal because we packed extra). Overall, I expected more from a Hampton Inn. The only positive thing I can say is breakfast had quite a few options!

The parking lot felt unsafe with people congregating in it. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was nor. The hotel room showers were cold. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Checkin went smoothly and our room was clean. We stayed at a Holiday Inn on our last trip and the rooms had not been cleaned, we were overcharged, and the staff did not want to resolve the issue. We were relieved to have a positive experience and will always choose Hampton over Holiday going forward. The only thing my husband didn’t like was the lack of parking options at this Hampton. Everything else was lovely.

Expedia price was reasonable for the location, but would like to have the option of a printed receipt at checkout. Would be better if parking was included because some people do not like using apps for parking and was confusing and frustrating to come back at night and worry about not having a parking space after you already paid, thus having to park farther away at sister property next door. Everything else was excellent.

We had a great stay. We went to the pool both nights. The last night we didn't have any towels since it seemed to be a busy time at the pool.. once I called staff were very apologetic and restocked in a very timely manner. Great selection for breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly and all said good morning and asked how our stay was going. Our room was fantastic. Very clean! I would come back in a heartbeat. 10/10

Not what it used to be.
There were big cob webs on the ceiling just above the night stand. The tv had 2 blown dots right in the middle of the screen. The air didnt work properly and we sweat most of the night. We had stayed there previously and did not have to pay for parking now you have to pay $15 to park in there own lot.
