Room was clean, breakfast was good. There were only 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth the room along with two bath towels. Asked for extra hand towel and was given one, however it was not clean there were hair pieces srill attached to the towel. Listing said microwave and refridgerator in room. No microwave in the room. Front desk said we could use the one in the shopping area, but who wants to carry popcorn or leftovers up and down the elevator to use the microwave. Also the 15 per day parking is kinda extravagant. It was 10 dollars for all day at the market which had an attendant there the whole time, for 15 dollars here there was no added security that i could see as i informed the desk of a homeless person in one of the ourside doorways.

The front desk was so helpful. Duffy gave us ideas on what to do while visiting and where to take my nine year old trick or treating. Everyone was so very friendly and willing to help out.

Was npt aware they charge you an additional $50 for security deposit, and then $15 for parking on the property. You do get the $50 back if you dont damage anything, but i think thats a little too much hassle. That was the only money I had left on my card..😪

The staff was very courteous. There was an issue with hot water. Staff immediately came to check things out. The issue was not with the hotel. There were several track teams staying at the hotel. I guess all of us wanted to shower around the same time. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and nice, the staff was very polite and accommodating. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 starts is that the door to our room didn't latch or deadbolt so that was a little sketchy. Just a minor maintenance problem tho, overall it was a very nice stay.

Excellent location walkable to all sorts of restaurants, shopping and CHI Health Center. Very safe area. Hotel was clean and well stocked with 24hr shop and amenities in rooms. Staff were polite and friendly. We didn't check out the pool. Will stay here again next time we go to a concert at CHI.

We loved that our suite was large enough to gather as a family into one room. There was plenty of floor space and having the wet bar made it easy to have a group together. We were able to walk to downtown to enjoy dinner and the Gene Leahy Mall area.

We had a one night stay here after visiting the zoo. It was very clean and all of the staff was extremely helpful! The pool was a great amenity, and we were able to find things at breakfast. There was also a ton of eating options walking distance, which was nice!
