Staff was very nice! Very nice rooms (except for the comfortable, yet LOUD bed. Everytime you moved it sounded like it needed WD40.) Breakfast was really good for being complimentary!

We booked at Hampton in a suite for a reason, we had a Comp Dance that weekend, so we wanted to make it convenient to go back and for since we had to take all 3 of the kids with us and the boys would get bored watching girls dance on stage. We needed that hotel so the boys can stay in the hotel along with me and we could go when my daughter was up or a few minutes prior. Instead, Hampton called and told us they had a maintenance issue and had to put us in the Marriot hotel, 3 blocks down in the middle of street construction, and i had to park across the street, blocked in the next morning, so all 5 of us walked 3 blocks in 12-degree weather toting ALL the dance stuff , did that going and leaving and again the next day, at least on Sunday most people left and i was able to get my truck out of the spot it was in. WE wanted a hotel with a pool, a room with a microwave, AND the Hampton has a continental breakfast and the hotel they put us in we would have to BUY a breakfast and at the price i paid, oh have mercy....needless to say, we are so unhappy with a weekend that was cold and inconvenient for all of us!!!! I would live if Hilton/Hampton inn was to call me and ask me what they can do as I am a Hilton honors member.

The towels up arrival were fealty in the room. The front desk staff was not informative, or accommodating to every guest in the same manner. It was very embarrassing, unnecessary, and disappointing.
