We have stayed here once before, but after this visit, we will not return to this hotel. We had issues with our hot water running out each day, and we were awakened by hammering due to renovations taking place two floors above us. I didn't mention these problems to the staff until a third issue arose--that our door could not be unlocked without someone opening it from the inside, and no one on staff could help us fix it for hours. We had to remain on site of the hotel for hours while waiting for the handyman to examine the problem and tell us he was new and not trained to address it. We had to switch rooms. The toilet in the new room was leaking and creating a puddle in the bathroom. During this stress, the woman at the front desk made it clear to me I was not worthy of her time, concern or compassion. I did appreciate, though, Bella's helpfulness and that of the manager who I spoke to. We also very much appreciated the hot breakfasts each morning and hot cocoa available throughout the day. All in all, the problems we had made our visit most unpleasant.
