My check in experience was a little strange. I was told to move my car far away from the entrance when I had take my luggage out to check in because the hotel was filming something. The room was extremely dirty and was obvious it was not thoroughly inspected or cleaned. The towels had a dried up brown substance on them and the ironing board was covered in a white powder. The fridge was extremely dirty and had to call the front desk twice to have it cleaned. Unfortunately it was not cleaned until 2 days later resulting in my snacks going bad. Overall this was extremely disappointing and shocking especially from a Hyatt hotel.

We loved our room and the pool area is nice. The pool opens at 8am, but they don't have any staff onsite for the slides until 11am which was a disappointment for the kiddos and impressing the kiddos, trumps everything. The ordered Market items and restaurant are extremely over-priced as well. Next time we'll stay and eat out locally.
