Was an amazing trip. People were so nice it was unbelievable. We felt safe. Everything was walking distance. Food was amazing. Boat takes you to flamingo beach which is a plus. We love this place!

Overall Good Stay!!
Great stay and friendly staff! Stay away from the LG Smith steakhouse overpriced and the unexpected upcharges are insane. I would stay at the property again.

I like that this property was in walking distance to numerous attractions and dining options. The staff at Sole’ (specifically Ishra, Junior and Liliana) were soo helpful and courteous. The door men ( Cesar and Shawn) were also very attentive to our questions about the area and places to dine at during the day and evening. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay at the resort again.

I had a wonderful time! The staff was nice & friendly. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time is that the resort is all inclusive based on how many nights you stay. Aside from that, it was great, clean & safe!

The staff was incredibly friendly in the pool at Ocean suites was a large enough to accommodate all of the guests with the convenient swim up bar. Great choices for restaurants. Clean and beautifully renovated rooms right off the beach for gorgeous views. Can’t recommend enough!

Great property. We decided not to do the all inclusive so we could dine around the island. Flamingo island was amazing and made staying here a great choice! Friendly staff. Would stay again in the future

My partner and I had such a great time. The staff was incredible. The food and drinks were so,so yummy. The boat transportation to and from Flamingo Beach honestly was the best. Great hotel and wonderful staff!
