"I was really unhappy about the state of the cottage. It was once clearly a lovely cottage. Nicely decorated with quality fittings. But it was dirty and grubby. Starting at the front door. Weeds at the doorstep, dirty windows, cobwebs, grubby carpets, marked walls, dirty coasters, unopened mail in ..."
