This is an authentic Andalusian cottage (farmhouse) in a top location in Órgiva and was refurbished in 2023 with air-conditioning and 3 large eating areas for groups to gather. It is perfect for several families and offers a lovely swimming pool and beautiful surroundings. The farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees and is ideal to enjoy the countryside and silence.
You can make trips to nearby cities, such as Granada. Furthermore, you can make beautiful walks in the area. This property is located on a 2-hectare estate and offers privacy and relaxation. Only a 40 minute drive away lies the Aparcamiento Puente Palo nature reserve while only a 17-minute drive away is the Castillo de Lanjarón in Granada,.
Next to the main building is a generously sized studio with 1 double bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi is available and on summer days you can cool down in the pool. You may encounter dogs from nearby farms. They are friendly, but be careful if you bring your own pet (don't let it run loose).
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
