A Triumphant Return
We had , prior to Hurricane Irma, been going to St. Martin several times a year for nearly 20 years.Going back, and staying at Villa Kea, was a very heart-warming experience. We've stayed in many Villas but Villa Kea had-for the very first time ever- the absolutely best, sharpest kitchen knives we have seen in a rental. Bravo!Maly is also very sharp and was a delight to deal with!!

Great Villa Kea
We enjoyed our stay at Villa KEA very much. From the original booking to checking out, the property manager Maly, was available to answer all questions, make recommendations and supply information about the house and the area which was greatly appreciated. We LOVED the short walk to the beautiful Orient beach. We thought we would explore other beaches but we fell in love with the gorgeous beach and water that we never left. The service at KKO beach bar and restaurant was exceptional. The guys had our chairs/umbrellas waiting for us each day and drink service was available all day. The quick walk to Orient Village for dinner was a great way to finish off each day. Villa Kea met all our expectations. It was clean and supplied everything we needed for a fun, restful vacation. We highly recommend this Villa.

Our wonderful concierge Maly arranged everything beautifully. Picked up and delivered back to Airport, rental car awaiting at Villa and very clean, comfortable place to spend two glorious weeks in Orient Beach. I highly recommend it!

PERFECT stay at Villa Kea
Our family of five stayed here for a week in December and it was just perfect. The house is spotlessly clean and airy, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen nice - the brand new grill was a bonus - and the two bathrooms modern. The plunge pool is just lovely after time at the beach. We loved relaxing in the afternoon in the living room with the fan on and the doors open. It is a two minute walk to Orient Bay beach and a five minute walk to the restaurants and shops at Orient Bay. Maly, our host, was attentive and very responsive, even finding us someone to help when our car had a flat tire. We had the most relaxing time staying here and would absolutely come back again.

Perfect Stay
We had the best time in Orient Beach and this villa made it perfect! It is a beautiful place and the four of us had plenty of space. The pool was incredible for times you just wanted to relax. Everything we needed was in the villa and we appreciated the beers that were in the fridge upon our arrival. Maly was quick to respond to any questions I had and we appreciated her showing us around when we arrived. Steps to the beach and the village-you really don’t need a car unless you want to explore(which we did). But if not, there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market right around the corner. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Vacation
Villa Kea was exactly like the description and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach each day and even for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the center of Orient Beach. The pool was a cool relief after a hot day on the beach. Maly gave us many restaurant and shopping recommendations. She was available and very responsive when we had any questions. We can’t wait to book our vacation next year to St. Martin.

Amazing Property !
Just spent one week in this amazing property. The accommodations were wonderful. Walking distance to the village which has everything you need including a market and incredible restaurants. We had 6 adults and enjoyed plenty of space. The pool was great in the afternoon after walking back from the beach which is steps away. The property manager was amazing and gave great recommendations for dining , activities and a driver. This vacation home is truly paradise!

Fabulous Stay at Villa Kéa
This villa is very well located and is exactly as shown in the photos. It is clean and well stocked for kitchen and dining needs. All the linens were supplied and in great condition. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning if you need it. Maly was a great communicator and helped us by quickly answering all of our questions. We walked along the beach to dinner most nights but (with a car) there is a Super U nearby for all your grocery needs. We would definitely go back to Villa Kéa thanks to Maly!

What an amazing stay we had at Villa Kea! The villa itself had everything to make our time relaxing and comfortable. It is well-maintained and tastefully decorated, containing all the necessary amenities. The property manager was easily accessible, always with great advice and prompt responses to our inquiries. Loved the convenience of our own pool and the proximity to the beautiful Orient Beach area was exceptional, all while allowing for privacy and quiet. We would not hesitate to return to this exact villa.

Villa Kea is a beautiful place, very clean and in an excellent location. A 2 minute walk to the beach. Very safe area. Restaurants near by are very good! Everyone is also very friendly. Maly is on the ball and is an excellent host she was available to answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend this place.

This is not my first time staying at this house, and I would come back again in a heartbeat. I think it’s wonderful. It’s the perfect size layout for a family or group, and it’s perfectly situated and well appointed with everything you could need. Maly is very knowledgeable about the area and will help you arrange anything from dinner to car rental.

Excellent Villa
We had a wonderful weeks vacation at Villa Kea. The owner and Property Manager were very responsive and professional. Location and the Villa was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and many good restaurants nearby. Maly was extremely helpful, responsive and provided a lot of great restaurant suggestions. We rented a car and toured the Island. Boat trip with Scooby too from Ansel Marcel was wonderful. Well worth a whole day. All in All a five star rating for this property and no hesitation in recommending Villa Kea, Maly and Jean Claude.

Lovely house and location
A friend and I stayed here in January. The property is clean. Kitchen is stocked but we didn’t cook. Pool was refreshing. Nice mixture of sun and shade in backyard. Being close to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants was key. A/c in unit worked well. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We had s wonderful time. Maly was very helpful. Gave us tips for activities. Even though I’d been to St. Martin many times… you cannot beat the advice from a local. She is very friendly.

Villa Kea - wonderful orient bay beach side villa
The 3br 2b villa is lovely. Spacious, comfortable, wonderful pool area and outdoor dining, all within one block walk to beach and 10 min walk to all the best restaurants of the area. The property manager Maly was great - a local for many years so take ALL her suggestions to heart! She also happily will make reservations/plans for you too. The house is well equipped with what you need to eat at home (gas grill was a huge plus) yet you can be to a restaurant in under 10 min via a stroll on the beach. Truly a lovely experience that was relaxing and comfortable.

This villa is in an excellent location. Beach is 5 minutes away with great restaurants and water activities. It was really windy, so then it was nice to be able to walk back to pool and lounge in privacy if it got too chilly. Great all around

Wonderful Stay at Orient Beach
Villa Kea was the perfect location for our trip to St. Martin this year. Having been to the island a few times before, we were familiar with the area and excited to stay right in Orient Beach for a whole week. We were not disappointed! This villa is in a fantastic location with very easy access to the beach and "village" area with shops and dinning. Also a quick drive to some of our other favorite locations to visit, including Grand Case and Friars Bay. Having our own pool was amazing and we used it daily. We loved the property and the well appointed and clean villa - it had absolutely everything we needed to feel like a true home away from home. Maly was a wonderful host who was always quick to respond to my questions and very helpful with anything we needed, from arranging pre-departure COVID tests to securing reservations for dinner and everything in between. We cannot wait to return:)

Fantastic first trip away in a year
Maly's villa was perfect for our needs - quick access to the beach (literally 2 min walk) and restaurants, but without having to be around a ton of people for our first family trip since covid. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Maly was super helpful with all our pre-trip questions and very responsive on any questions we had after arriving. Her recommendations on various providers easily saved us at least $500. Would definitely return to this or another one of Maly's properties.

Fantastic Villa!! 100% Recommend!
We just had out stay in this Villa, Jan. 30th - Feb. 6th. The Villa was beautiful and comfortable. The home was clean and spacious, perfect for the four of us! Beds were comfortable and in-room AC was a must and so great to have! From the booking process to arrival and support thereafter, Maly was an absolute gem of a host and helper! We had a rental car, made arrangements through the referral from Maly, and it was a must to be able to have your own vehicle to get around. We drove to many areas on the island and this location, by far, was the best! The Villa was a 2 minute walk to the beach. There were many beach bars/restaurants in the vicinity to walk to and enjoy a variety of different foods. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The challenge of booking our COVID test to prepare for our return home could not have been done with out the help of Maly. She was instrumental in assisting us with the booking and communications with the testing center. The process is a little stressful when you don't speak French, but Maly made it as easy as possible to assist us in the process. I could not thank her enough for all of her help! Internet was readily available and was needed a few times to check in with work. We tried doing that as least as possible, but having the reliable resource was great! When the day was hot, the pool was nice to use when we didn't want to rush out to the beach area right away. Without the pool being heated, the night swims were a little too cold to fully enjoy, though it was refreshing to cool your feet off at the end of the day. We look forward to our next stay here! Highly recommend this Villa, location and Maly!

Nice Villa in an excellent location.
Villa Kea was a very comfortable place for my family, clean and updated. 2 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to a grouping of good restaurants and a small market. Traffic on the island can get slow and we preferred not to drive to restaurants. Short drive to a modern supermarket. The A/C in the bedrooms worked well. .(We never used the A/C downstairs because we loved the fresh air with the sliding doors open. ) Comfortable beds and modern shower with plenty of hot water. Maly met us at the villa for both check-in and checkout. No problems at all.
