Located in the prestigious Windsor Palms, the finest gated community in the area, the Villa is tastefully appointed and decorated to make your vacation stay easy, clean and comfortable. The Windsor Palms Resort has the highest repeat renting rate for a reason: It is the best location to the Disney parks, shops, restaurants and the airport. The Club house offers beautiful pools, a hot tub, access to racquets and athletic equipment and is welcoming, newly renovated and very well managed. The pool (both Olympic-size and kiddie-sized) and the fully stocked Tiki-Bar provide the island vacation vibe for which you've been yearning!
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 full-baths with upgraded Blue stream fiber optics internet, to help you stay in touch with family & friends. The luxurious open living room leads to a private pool. Our pool (Heat optional) has privacy walls along the side for the utmost privacy during your stay. The pool deck features a patio table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs to enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful Florida weather. Safety of our youngest guests is our top priority; the doors leading onto the pool deck have been equipped with safety locks and there is a fence around the pool.
The bedrooms are theme-decorated for the Disney enthusiast in your family! Choose your favorite characters! The well-equipped kitchen provides the opportunity to prepare your own food onsite on the days or nights you decide to forgo a visit to the many fine local area restaurants. The villa has two Master bedrooms with en-suite full baths, and two themed bedrooms that share an adjacent full bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, and living room areas are open and spacious, and the pool area is visible and can be observed from those areas through 6 panels of sliding glass doors which lead to the lanai covered pool patio. Each bedroom has its own TV.
There are palm trees lining the roads and intermingled in the beautifully landscaped resort. The Clubhouse (located just a close 150 yards from the villa) has every amenity including an Olympic sized pool, 50 seat cinema , an extensive arcade/game room, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, basketball courts, full workout room, sundry shop AND a Tiki-Bar!
Within a few miles, there are many fine restaurants, all kinds of shops, miniature golf courses, and of course, Disney! Universal, Gatorland and Margaritaville and Orlando are also within a short drive.
Nearly adjacent to Windsor Palms is Mystic Dunes - a 5 star golf course. Also, located very nearby is the Arnold Palmer designed world-famous golf course, The Legends at Orange Lake.

The property needs a deep clean, new linens and furniture. Owner did replace a bed which was broken. Appliances were in working condition. Pool is awesome! Did not use the games in the garage.

Close to all the parks. Nice pool. Comfy house. Would have appreciated basic kitchen staples like salt, oil, seasonings. Some beds need new mattresses, one was broken.

Amazing location

Our flight was cancelled, so we ended up driving from MI. Property managers were great to work with, accommodated all our needs and were flexible with our unforseen change in plans. We had everything we needed at the house aside from expected necessities you should bring on a vacation. Very clean, and plenty of space for our family of 7. Pool was great and clean! Would definitely stay again.

We’ve rented this property for a month for two years. The pool’s water was beautiful. The home was always clean when we arrived. The garage was stocked with plenty for people to do. It was a short walk to the clubhouse We would definitely rent this property again.

Very nice property would stay again.

Property did not disappoint. Very clean and convenient to almost all Orlando attractions. Private pool was a nice addition although community pool was less than 5 minute walk. Only complaint was couches in great room were older and compressed to the extent that they were uncomfortable and difficult to climb out of. Overall the property did not disappoint and was nicer than expected.

Wonderful Disney Vacation!

We had a very good stay here! Everything was clean and as they were described in the description. The best part was it was all one floor! Anything we needed, or had questions about were handled very quickly! We were at the Disney parks within 10-15 mins depending on how the traffic was. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for making our stay wonderful !

From check in my name incorrect but the gate keeper saw my reservation and let my family in.

We get to house wrong code can't get in. Rooms had very faded sheets and pillows only three of the five TV's worked. The stovetop was not properly cleaned. This wasn't what I expected the location was great but that house needs rehab you don't need brand new just a fresh look for the next families comfort.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The pictures didn’t do the property justice… definitely more spacious than the pictures show. One of the security guards wasn’t very helpful and nearly turned my husband away after he’d driven 18 hours with 3 of our children. He arrived before me, as I flew down the next day with our oldest daughter. Thank goodness he wasn’t the only one in the booth, the other guard was very accommodating. Communication with the owner was great and he always responded quickly. We’ve stayed in several Florida vacation homes and would choose to stay here again.

Perfect house for visiting Disney

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed-- we were pleased with the pool (Kid's loved it!), the kitchen was well appointed for simple meals and the process for entering and exiting the community was simple. Would stay again!
