This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa offers fantastic lake views from the optionally heated private pool.
This single story villa offers a family room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need for the perfect family vacation including, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, large fridge / freezer, washer, dryer and much much more.
The bedrooms consist of 2 queen size masters both with e-suite bathrooms with vanity and walk in closet and over-sized tiled shower.The 2 other bedrooms are both twin rooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
From the family room patio doors lead out to the lanai which offers welcome shade from the Florida sunshine and the ideal setting for al fresco dining.
The home has its own private pool which can be heated at extra charge.
The villa is situated on a quiet street with no through traffic within the gated community of Remington, close to the 192 and Turnpike, 15 minutes from Orlando International airport

It worked for us we would rent it again for what we needed
The ac needs some attention we had to reset it daily and if it was my house I would power wash that pool deck it’s filthy I would also replace the pool company they don’t even vacuum it

The house was nice the pool was perfect we had it heated and we were glad we did that for the cooler days.The only problem was the beds they were very squeaky noises with every movement and could of had more towels. The house was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping

Outdated house with old furniture
I should have read the comments. The house didn’t offer much, I had to request towels as only a total of 6 were given. Beds are so old (40 yrs no cushion) they creak at every movement . Pillows are flat, kitchen refrigerator leaks the microwave is broken, old appliances and pots are rusty. House needs a coat of paint all walls are stained. Ants everywhere in the kitchen and bathrooms. House has potential is very cute design just owners don’t care and Vrbo really shouldn’t have this house on its site. Pictures are misleading and I thought because the price was high I was going to get a really great home but I would never come back to this house. No dish soap or toilet paper. I could go on but you get the picture. I took Lots of pictures btw wished I could showed them to you.

Cloudy Pool
The day we arrived I notified the contact person that the pool was cloudy. Their response was the previous guests didn't say the pool was cloudy and the pool guy had been by to treat the pool . The pool was never clear during our stay. The bottom of the pool needed to be vacuumed. I specifically rented this home with the idea that my 2 granddaughters could swim there. How do you explain to 2 young girls that they can not swim in the pool because the owner did not inspect the pool prior to our arrival. The day before we left the property someone put a garden hose in the pool to fill it and added some chemicals so the pool would be clear for the next guests, This should have been done while I was there not when I was leaving,

This home provided enough comfort space for a family of 5. Liked the layout of the home. It is a older model which was fine. Neighbor was nice and quiet and the view of the lake was peaceful.. Areas of improvement would be assuring the cleaning staff arrives before the guest do, upgrade the appliances and AC unit. The host was quick to answer my phone calls

We wore very excited about this trip , and everything was perfect planned, however we wore planning to stay on a Sunday afternoon at home and enjoy the swimming pool for a family afternoon time and my baby boy birthday celebration,,,,and this was impossible to do. The owner never told us on the agreement that swimming pool heat cost an extra fee and to be able to heat it up you need at least a day ,,,,,,,,,this was never explained to us, unfortunately we couldn't get anyone to fix the issue for us, very disappointed!!! we wore willing to pay the extra cost on Sunday but the owner mentioned that the pool will be heated up by Monday ( the date we will be leaving) not worth it at all. Very very disappointed.

Very Relaxing family vacation
The owner was very responsive. The BBQ was not at the house when we arrived, I messaged the owner and he had a BBQ there later that day. House was clean. Only reason I did not give five stars was because we feel they could use new queen mattresses and I don’t think the comforters were washed, there was a stain on one, could also use more towels. Other wise it was a great place to stay! Would stay again!

STAY AWAY!!! HOUSE HAS BLACK MOLD!!! OBVIOUSLY NEGLECTED!!!
I got to the house at around 9 pm on a Friday night and it was very cold outside about 40 degrees and it was almost as cold inside the house. I had planned to put on the heat on once I pulled the car into the garage and that's when I saw the BLACK MOLD that was saturated on the AC/HEAT unit. I knew it was going to be an issue with using the heat and once I got inside I saw that there was also BLACK MOLD on the vent as well and that confirmed the fact that I could definitely NOT put on the heat and even further expose us to the BLACK MOLD that has saturated the AC/HEAT unit and vents. Just to add insult to injury, after spending the first night in a freezing cold house, I was awoken on Saturday morning at 8:15 am by a man and woman that were repeatedly banging on the screen door to enter the pool enclosure. Once they finally entered, they were yelling at each other and making a lot of noise, especially considering they were there at such an early hour to a house that had guests inside. I contacted the management company on Monday morning and let them know about the BLACK MOLD issue as well as the pool company and I was told simply that they would "look into it". To date I have gotten no response from the company. I would avoid this house like the plague (which you may get from the BLACK MOLD issue) and possibly any other houses this company represents as I'm sure they are just as neglected as this one is and I'm sure they use the same pool company as well. I have pictures in case anyone would like to see the BLACK MOLD situation for themselves.

We loved it.
we loved it. Very clean and great location for us. 6 men stayed for 4 nights House had 6 very confortable beds and a hugh family room.Bathrooms were very clean when we arrived and it was easy to leave the house ib the same condition as we found it. Reasonalby priced and great location. Will stay again without question.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving holiday. The villa was perfect. The kitchen was great for when we wanted to stay home and eat in. The heated pool was great ideal for days when we just fancied chilling out away from the parks. Sitting outside at our own pool looking out over the Lake was relaxing. Highly recommend staying here. We really felt at home at the Remington villa. Dave and Liz from Vacation Villa 400 were very prompt with any questions and accommodated our family as we requested. The price was outstanding. One cannot get the benefits that come with this rental in a hotel. The Publix is a short drive away, perhaps 5 minutes, with other shops and restaurants. Disney is about 25 to 30 minutes. So many rules were posted throughout the house also. Based on the rules for cleaning up it seems as if they want you to prepare the home for the next person. Besides those things it was a great stay and a great price, overall though I loved it and would stay again. There is still some building work progressing in the Remington Villa due to Hurricanes Irma but this never interfered with our enjoyment of the property.
