A Mediterranean Style Resort Paradise just 10 miles from Disney World, Orlando

This clean very spacious renovated 4 bedrooms 3 bathroom resort home with a 2.5-minute walk to the pool area, with a new living room, new mattress and bedding, new floors installed and and large screen TV in the living room with Blu-ray Disc/DVD player.

This self-catering unit has a fully equipped kitchen, Including Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Utensils, coffeemaker, Keurig, and blender. The home is also equipped with a new large-size washer and dryer on the first floor.

This 1,492 square foot home has 3 bedrooms upstairs with one king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds and their own bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a new walk in shower. All three bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

One of the Best VRBOs We’ve Ever Stayed At
Our family visits Orlando at least once a year and has been doing so for over a decade. We have stayed at a ton of different places over the years and most of them are okay but either worn out, somewhat dirty, or in serious need of remodeling. We were very pleased with John’s communication (especially with the hurricane the week before we arrived) and the place was very quiet, very clean, tastefully decorated, and very well furnished furniture-wise. One of the best we’ve stayed at. Would certainly recommend.

Perfect location and accommodation!!
We arrived to the property around 3 o’clock and hung out and had a late lunch in the Irish pub and the kids went and played in the arcade. The check process was easy. We received our bands for the property and towel cards without issue. The property management came and got us at 4 PM and said that the residence was ready. When we walked in we were awestruck. It was so clean and The accommodations were perfect. We went to the Disney parks and the drive was extremely easy. The grocery store was right up the street for some snacks would definitely stay here again. accommodation for our family fit was perfect.

The condo/house was exactly what was depicted. Comfortable and accommodating. We had no issues while there and we enjoyed the pool and the pond with all the turtles. Great communication with owner.

Overall this property was good. Had a few problems with the washer bugs and wasn’t fully cleaned like under beds dishes that were put in cabinets so had to rewash them clean trash from u see beds.

Quite place to relax
Unlike other places I have stayed at, this by far was the most relaxing. This home style house was far enough from the busy tourist area, while still close enough to what we wanted to do. Staying there for 9 days almost made me feel like it was my home. The area it is in made me start looking into buying a house and move away from Las Vegas. The property was very nice and the house was very clean. I will be recommending this home to my friends and family when they want a relaxing vacation home. Thank you John for your fast response when it came to things I felt were important issues that you should know. I hope that you have openings for use again.

Great Family Vacation Stay
John was terrific to communicate with, and was very responsive. The home worked perfectly for us with the number of beds and baths, and was very convenient to the pool, which was terrific. Check-in was very smooth with the desk being manned 24 hrs. a day, since our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until 2:00 am. Very convenient location for Disney properties and other shopping and dining as well. If we are able to return to Orlando, we would definitely stay in this home again.

Perfect Stay
John, the owner was great. Answered all of our questions before the trip quickly. Never needed to call him once we were here. Excellent property, very close to pool/recreation area, even walking distance to ice cream and publix. House was fully stocked, had enough of everything for our entire stay. Vacation with some Grands
John's condo is amazing! He was very helpful with our stay when our flights were changed to a day earlier! There were 7 of us from ages 75 to 11...Plenty of space for all of us. It had all the items we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen items etc. This was the first VRBO that actually had nice frying pans! Regal Palms was great for the pool, lazy river and game room! And all of the people working there were friendly! There is Publix grocery store right around the corner and a Walmart just down the road for any additional supplies! I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you John for an amazing week!

Excellent Condo
We stayed at this condo for our Disney trip. The condo is clean and well-kept. It is next door to a Publix which adds convenience. The conplex has a large pool, which is great for kids. John was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend a visit here.

House was fine. Could use a little update. Pool area was nice. The biggest problem I had was the washer was disgusting. There is black mold growing by the door. I tried to clean it myself because I didn’t feel comfortable washing my 5 and 8 year old kids clothes in it but it didn’t come off. The drive is about 25 minutes to Disney.

A home away from home
John’s place was THE perfect ‘home away from home’ for our family of 5! We have three kids ages 16, 15, and 12. John was fantastic with answering my MANY questions prior to our trip and quickly responded when I reached out a couple of times during our stay. John’s place is beautiful, well kept, and spacious. After a marathon theme park day, it was wonderful for each of our kids to have their own rooms to retreat to. Three bathrooms made getting out the door in the morning much easier and having a great kitchen space allowed us to eat breakfast at “home”. We packed lunches for the parks and even made dinner on a few of our quieter days. With Publix for groceries just down the street this was easy. The Regal Palms Resort facilities were also great! Our family enjoyed the pool - especially the lazy river and water slide and the kids loved the arcade and ice cream shop. The staff there are incredibly helpful - we even purchased our Universal Studios tickets from a theme park agent right on site. The location was a 30-45 minute drive to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. We also did a trip out to the Kennedy Space Centre which took about 1.5 hours. Our family has an amazing time on our holiday - so many wonderful memories were made - and a big part of this was our AWESOME stay at John’s place!

Nice stay
Regal Palms requires guests to wear bracelets around the property and the bracelet is used to get in the security gate. It is a nuisance but understandable. The property was nice and clean. The kids had fun at the pool and waterslide. The home was clean, had everything needed to cook, had tubes for the lazy river. There was a Publix and restaurants less than a mile away which was very convenient.

A great stay!!
This house is conveniently located close to everything. Minutes from the grocery store, CVS, restaurants etc. It has a well stocked kitchen with a great ice maker. A very short walk to the pool. About 30 to 40 minutes away from the parks. Depending on traffic. A great family destination.
