Este hotel, esta excelente localizado para quien jueguen en la sede de USTA en Lake Nona. Pero yo en lo personal no lo recomiendo, ya que lo utilice por 3 hoches y me cobraron las 3 noches mas 2 habitaciones mas que al dia de hoy nadie sabe responder porque hicieron esos cargos a mi Tarjeta de Credito. He llamado, he escrito y nadie se hace responsable. No lo recomiendo hasta que se hagan responsable. La comodidad de estar cerca de la USTA la vas a terminar pagando 4 o 5 veces por casos como este.

Our room was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This hotel went above and beyond in every aspect. Was in town for tennis tournament and booked same day at Aloft with no issues. Hotel was wonderfully quiet, room was spacious even with 2 queen beds, mattress was firm, pillows smelled clean, bathroom was awesome and the decor throughout was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, even the dishes and utensils were beautiful. Only stayed one night but would definitely recommend this hotel for peace, quiet and safety. I look forward to my next stay at Aloft.

Fantastic weekend for our USTA 4.0 ladies sectionals.Fun,clean,friendly,close to USTA and geared towards the players with the hydration stations on each floor.

Very cool and contemporary hotel. So it was odd that the super cool shower lets lots of water escape onto the floor adjacent. There is an exposed clothes rack in the room but no closet, so hard to hand all your items w few hangers. The door deadbolt did not insert into the slot in the door jamb, maintenance never did come by to fix it. Great pool and bar area.
