I arrived very late at night to see a bug on the desk. It was alive and I’m 90% it was a German cockroach. If it wasn’t so late at night and I was not alone I probably would have found another hotel. The next day I saw a finger or toe nail in the bathroom floor.

Disappointed in valet service
Im disappointed that i paid for valet service but by the time we got back to the hotel i had to self park and valet was closed. I spoke with the front desk about it and the lady refused to change the fee to self park and they still charge me for valet

New Year stay
Our stay was amazing, our luggage was delayed by the and the staff were tremendous. They informed all of their staff to keep an eye on our situation and as soon as the luggage was delivered by the airline the staff delivered it to the room (9pm) Our stay could not have been better supported. Thanks to everyone.

The property is 16 min to Disney springs by foot. Very clean and nice staff. Disappointed they “over sold “the night we stayed and we received 2 queen beds vs what we paid for -1 king. Also the pool is not heated and the hottub is approx the same size as a twin mattress maybe a little shorter. There was a bar by the pool but it wasn’t open and neither was the sovereign store in the front lobby at 3:45 pm. Neither the store or bar ever opened. Rooms are clean and staff was nice just check on the amenities first

They sold us a room two rooms "with balcony" that had no balcony, so very disappointed. The sheets were terrible, uncomfortable and "burn" and soil marks. No soap to wash hands, no soap in shower, one tissue in the tissue holder, one-ply toilet paper, no breakfast as promised with stay. So disappointed that for New Years Eve we got treated so poorly and taken advantage of. Gerald Best, front office manager had promised both myself and Ron Hume in 505 andy wife and I were in 506. We were promised a $200.00 credit EACH. Neither of us have seen the credit on the bill which was over $500.00 each. This was definitely was not Marriott level and we could have stayed anywhere we wanted. We wanted to enjoy the balcony, which was screwed shut and only opened three inches. No one answers the front desk phone extension for wake up call or at all. Definitely over priced and mis represented amenities. Not happy, all four of us!

This was one of the best stays we’ve had at any hotel. Very clean, great staff interactions from the front counter to the Starbucks and restaurant. Also, this was very convenient for where we were going and the best prices for the what we were looking for. We for sure will come again in the future to experience this great location.

Poorly trained staff and terrible experience
Over 40 minutes to check in because front desk clerk didn't know what he was doing. He kept providing excuses when he didn't know what to do. Room wasn't cleaned on second day and our keys were deactivated. Morning buffet was $68 for 2! Twenty dollars per person, $4 for coffee, $4 for milk, $4 for O.J. $11 mandatory service charge and tax. What breakfast buffet doesn't include coffee milk and juice?
