It was a nice stay and I will return to the suites over the villas next time I come over. The villas where I have always stayed have always had the rudest people working the desk. The gentleman I dealt with at check-in had a pleasant attitude.

Having in unit laundry is fabulous; But when we arrived there was three employees in the lobby and no one would check us in; the woman behind the desk was busy with a couple for approx. 15-20 minutes while we sat and waited.

The place is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Theresa is amazing. She went out of her way to make sure that my grandson, which is five years old and on the Spectrum was comfortable. He was having a meltdown down and she came over and inquired was all okay. That was so thoughtful of her. She is definitely an asset to this company.

I stayed here for a weekend trip with my mom. The condo was spacious for two people and mostly quiet. Close enough to the parks only about a 20 minute drive to the parks, we used Uber. I would be comfortable staying here again.

The only complaint I would have is that we have stayed in the single rooms and the 2 bedroom condo and they do need to update all the mattresses .. they are not very comfortable. But otherwise we will be back it’s an affordable place that is comfortable

The front desk was not there at the check-in desk when I arrived around 6 pm. He did not explain anything about the properties, the location of the rooms, or the charges for the resort fee. However, the room condition is excellent. The room is well stocked with all necessities. I love the ground and the walkable to the stores in the old town center.
